Paymate warning This is a warning/concern for anyone thinking of using Paymate: On 1/21/10, I called Paymate's customer service line, only to be directed to an answering machine after waiting on hold for several minutes. This upset me, because I had just opened a Paymate account, giving them my social security number, my checking number, and a credit card- and they don't even have a person to answer their phones after the client has been on hold.
