We want to thank the many affiliates that have contributed so many helpful questions, tips, and productive discussions on our boards over the past few months. We also felt that this is the right time to address a topic that a number of our affiliates requested, which is the high volume of off-topic and non-constructive posts on the eBay Partner Network board. We've received this feedback both from many of the affiliates who still use or read the boards, as well as many of our most...

Hello All, Starting October 1st, we will require that users have an active eBay Partner Network account in order to make posts to the eBay Partner Network discussion boards. We’re making this change as a result of feedback from a number of publishers. In people’s experience with other networks, limiting the boards to publishers in the network has been helpful in encouraging constructive and helpful conversations on the boards. In addition, if specific issues or bugs are reported by...

I just checked my epn account for the first time since a few days ago and noticed that my clicks had completely tanked. So then I went to check out my sites, and none of them are loading the rss feed. Im using phpbay on wordpress sites, and the pages that have the feed load nothing. Is anyone else having this problem?

eBay has tapped technology from Click Forensics, which verifies audiences and traffic quality for online advertisers, to block fraudulent and invalid traffic from paid search ad campaigns. The campaigns have been designed by merchants that sell products and service in the network. Some merchants were clicking on ads to exhaust daily ad budgets of competitors. They also found fraudulent clicks on ads in eBay's Partner Network, where they allow partners to send traffic to eBay merchants. Steve...

It would be really useful if we could have some overall traffic stats that we could use to see how our stats might be affected by seasonality and variations over the whole program. For example, I might carry out some optimisation on my site and find that my traffic increased by 10% over the next few days which might lead me to the conclusion that the optimisation was an improvement. However, if everybody else's traffic went up by 20% over that same period then my optimisation was actually a...

HI, I've searched the forum and cannot seem to find the answer to this. I have 4 sites promoting the same products... getting clicks, but I don't know which one is producing them. I'm using campaign id's, but when I look at the reports, it just shows clicks. How do you tell which sites they are coming from, and so on? Thank you for your help.

I use mostly Editor Kits, and I have them programmed to show items ending soonest as the default. I'm wondering if there's a way to show only Buy It Now auctions with the Editor Kit? I checked the code and didn't see anything that looked like it would make this change. I was looking for something like &bin=n to change to &bin=y. But that would only indicate to include Buy It Now items in the listings. I would like to restrict what displays to just BIN items only, with no other listings. I...

I don't know about you, but I'm not feeling terribly comfortable with the rising number of issues that eBay seems to be experiencing. Each week that passes sees more and more issues it seems. RSS feeds going down, getting word that they're tinkering on the backend, seeing my numbers plummet even though I've sold some large items the day before and brought in some good numbers (all relative I know). The lack of pink involvement on the boards, the slew of unanswered questions and the...

Howdy, Had a surprise a couple of days ago, which has worked out for now, but led me to review my ePN campaigns' quality. And looking at my numbers revealed one glaring & likely issue, nearly 10% of my total clicks, from one specific campaign, generated $.01 EPC last month (w/ most days at 0). Overall for this campaign: EPC Range on QCP, .0-.47 averaging .04 EPC Range Year To QCP .0-1.47 averaging .08 And for the remainder of my campaigns: 80% of clicks from 2 main campaigns w/...

I have only recently joined the eBay partner network, I have been doing plenty of research, but understanding epc is hard when some days in the same week I get: 17000+ impressions, 115 clicks, only 3 bids and only 1 win, GMB of 23.50 and I get an epc of 0.09 which earns 10.35 and then other days I get: 17000+ impressions, 54 clicks, 16 bids, 13 winning bids, GMB of 197.44 and get an epc of 0.02 which only earns 1.08 I have read on this forum many times, people stating that this...
