Is there anyway I can get buyers to leave feedback? I always ship the next business day after I receive payment and I always leave positive feedback after I ship their item and I've had several buyer's not leave me any feedback after the transaction. Does anyone know why they wouldn't? It just seems inconsiderate. And every once in awhile, I will get 1's or 2's when clearly not deserved. One was for slow shipping, (I can't control the mail) I even make it clear to the buyer if they have...

Who should leave feedback first? or what is the prefered way to leave feedback? Does the seller leave feedback as soon as the payment is recieved or is ok to wait till feedback is received from the buyer. In my mind I feel I should wait to get feedback from my buyer to guage their satisfactin. I purchased several laptop chargers on ebay back in March and April of this year. Prices on ebay ranged from arround 7-20 bucks I believe. I purchased them all from the same seller, and I paid about 15 bucks each, because the seller claimed they have a 2 year warranty they are backing the item up with. A few weeks ago one of the laptop chargers got very hot- much hotter then normal. I am also an electronics technician, and I can say for sure that it wasnt suposed to get that hot. It was so...

Just wondering if there is a trigger point at which a person that leaves numerous negs and neutrals would face any repercussions. For example, someone that has left 50 negs and neutrals so far this year. Is Ebay so bad that it's likely that over 10% of all transactions are not positive? Or does it seem that this may be a case where someone is abusing the system in order to get refunds on purchases from sellers that are worried about protecting their feedback. I won an auction and have heard nothing since. It's been awhile now and I paid within seconds seller said would ship within 3 days on terms of shiiping and payments tab within the auction. Was wondering what do you do when they wont even reply to your questions and messages about the item? I just want to know if it's shipped and no response leaves me too believe they are avoiding the issue.It's one thing if the post office is at fault and one thing if it's the seller when I'm leaving feedback....

I recently found out that Sellers can no longer rate negative feedback for Buyers. Ebay sent me the reasons after an inquiry I made -- alright, I was fine with the corporate policy. However, I DO NOT understand why "unpaid item" strikes against a Buyer are not made public as one of the statistics? The statistic of a buyer becomes less meaningful since the public does not know if a buyer has a tendency to neglect following through on his winning bids. The fact that these "unpaid item"...

I was a bit surprised when an item I won was refunded with an explanation that the item was damaged but the damage wasn't noticed until the seller went to ship it. It sure sounds suspicious. Then it happened again with a different item from a different seller. Again - suspicious, b/c who's to say they didn't get a better offer or something. I did receive prompt refunds but was quite dissapointed (was excited to have won). Do I leave negative feedback, neutral feedback, or no feedback?...

I wish sellers would return feedback in a timely manner. If you have done good business with them why can't they return feedback? Does ebay remind them that they have feedback comments to return?

I won auctions Link Link Link Paid for shipping three times and seller just sent all items in the same UPS package. I'm really pissed because not only did she way overcharge shipping, but then she shipped all items together. What should I do about this?
