I wish sellers would return feedback in a timely manner. If you have done good business with them why can't they return feedback? Does ebay remind them that they have feedback comments to return?

I have been a Hallmark ornament collector for years. Every now and then I have to trim the collection to fit on my trees (and of course allow room for new ornaments), so I sell some pieces on eBay. On occasion I sell other items on eBay as well, but mostly I’m a buyer, who has just received her first negative feedback, wholly undeserved. This year, one of the ornaments I was selling was a Wizard of Oz one from 1996 that was supposed to play music as the figures danced around the yellow...

Gonna try to make a long story short- First time selling on ebay-had four items listed. Three of the items listed were purchased from the same buyer with 140+ bought items with only one negative remark over 12 months ago. Communicated with buyer regarding winning bid, buyer indicated payment would be sent within 24-48 hrs. 48 hours came and went, emails went and nothing came back. Opened a case for non payment, 4 more days, still no communication and no payment. Called ebay and closed the...

I won auctions Link Link Link Paid for shipping three times and seller just sent all items in the same UPS package. I'm really pissed because not only did she way overcharge shipping, but then she shipped all items together. What should I do about this?

I don't typically follow these boards so if you have a comment for me then please email. 10 years now as a seller, long term power seller, 2800+ listings in my store, often around a thousand a month revenue earner for Ebay/Paypal and since the new policy a "Top Rated Seller", yay. Check this negative I just received out: "I ordered the wrong part and they don't take returns!!". Okay- he/she ordered a part voluntarily from a listing with a clearly stated return policy, made a mistake, failed...

i won the LV bag with the price $1070 CAD from seller from Belgium Europe. I m very happy when i receive the bag so quickly and don't hesitate to left him the possitive feedback as well.However, that bag was FAKE, and i did sent email to the seller to notice about that and request the refund. But, he refused to refund money to me, so i open dispute and claim to paypal. However, paypal request me to provide the letteer from the third- party. i went to the LV shop again where they did help...

hello, I have a pretty good feedback, well I guess? I am trying to understand why my feedback rating is getting lower, it seems like the more positive feedback I get the lower the rate goes, yesterday I had 99.8% and now I was happy to see 2 more + feedback so I checked and instead go up went down to 99.7%, I have only one negative feedback form a buyer that said never got her item when actually she did, I have a confirmation number from USPS to proof the item was delivered. Long story short--Had a problem with a buyer who never responded to any of my emails. I realized I had misrepresented an item and offered to refund her money in full or work out some other solution. No response ever, so I just sent her money back. She then left a neg stating that she never recieved item. Duh. anyhow, I filed a complaint w/eBay a while back and got the canned response telling me I was out of luck. Now the negative is gone, but how can I find out what happened? how did it...

Many sellers have posted on the feedback board saying they will not give a positive unless the buyer has indicated that he/she is satisfied with the transaction. I think those sellers have a good idea, but are mistaken about who should leave feedback to show that the buyer is satisfied. I suppose that when a buyer leaves positive feedback, the seller gives a positive and says in the feedback statement, "This is a satisfied buyer". Who should leave feedback first? or what is the prefered way to leave feedback? Does the seller leave feedback as soon as the payment is recieved or is ok to wait till feedback is received from the buyer. In my mind I feel I should wait to get feedback from my buyer to guage their satisfactin. Of course as a buyer I'm always happy to receive payment for my item so the only negetive thing to report would be a buyer that is having buyers remorse or just unhappy with damage sustaind during...

Is there anyway I can get buyers to leave feedback? I always ship the next business day after I receive payment and I always leave positive feedback after I ship their item and I've had several buyer's not leave me any feedback after the transaction. Does anyone know why they wouldn't? It just seems inconsiderate. And every once in awhile, I will get 1's or 2's when clearly not deserved. One was for slow shipping, (I can't control the mail) I even make it clear to the buyer if they have...

I am tired of sellers canceling all bids and ending auctions early, because they are not getting the price they desire. I red the rules, they can cancel for no reason if more then 12 hours remain in the auction. However, I can not find out how to find how much time was remaining. Without a way to see this, we don't know if the seller is in compliance with the rules. I also believe we should be able to leave negative feedback for sellers who do this.
