I have been a Hallmark ornament collector for years. Every now and then I have to trim the collection to fit on my trees (and of course allow room for new ornaments), so I sell some pieces on eBay. On occasion I sell other items on eBay as well, but mostly I’m a buyer, who has just received her first negative feedback, wholly undeserved. This year, one of the ornaments I was selling was a Wizard of Oz one from 1996 that was supposed to play music as the figures danced around the yellow...

So, I win this item and the seller marks shipped hours later. Problem is I have a P.O. box and seller ships UPS! Seller straightens it out with UPS. Four days later I look up tracking and Item shows delivery two days earlier. It also says item left at front gate. My front gate is open and my house is 100 yards off the street! Why did they not put the item on my front porch?! Long story short, Item was stolen! What feedback should I leave the seller who tried their...

I wish sellers would return feedback in a timely manner. If you have done good business with them why can't they return feedback? Does ebay remind them that they have feedback comments to return?

I will be leaving Ebay after 10 years, 1947 100% perfect auctions and $65,000 in sales, because Ebay will not remove a Negative Feedback from my record by an Australian Criminal, who had claimed to not have received an item, tried to Place a Non Receipt Paypal Claim, which was immediately denied when they looked at the USPS Website which shows the item was delivered. The buyer continued to threaten me with a Negative Feedback if I did not send him additional items. I reported this all to Ebay...

A recent auction winner of mine emailed me after winning asking for an address to send payment to. I emailed back and pointed out that I only accept paypal, and that my listing stated this. He emailed saying he doesn't use paypal, asking again for my address. I emailed back saying that if he was unable or unwilling to pay via paypal I would be forced to file an unpaid item complaint in order to get my listing fees back. Within five minutes he had left me a negative feedback with this...

Why is it that sellers demand payment asap or sooner but take weeks to ship what is payed for immediately with paypal?

Long story short--Had a problem with a buyer who never responded to any of my emails. I realized I had misrepresented an item and offered to refund her money in full or work out some other solution. No response ever, so I just sent her money back. She then left a neg stating that she never recieved item. Duh. anyhow, I filed a complaint w/eBay a while back and got the canned response telling me I was out of luck. Now the negative is gone, but how can I find out what happened? how did it...

What's up with Ebay advising me that I need to leave feedback when I know I left positive feedback on certain items. When I try to leave a second positive feedback Ebay tells me it can't because it either does not have a record of the transaction or I already left feedback. Hmmmmm.....which one do the responsible buyers on this board think it is? ananda1651

I won auctions Link Link Link Paid for shipping three times and seller just sent all items in the same UPS package. I'm really pissed because not only did she way overcharge shipping, but then she shipped all items together. What should I do about this?

Gonna try to make a long story short- First time selling on ebay-had four items listed. Three of the items listed were purchased from the same buyer with 140+ bought items with only one negative remark over 12 months ago. Communicated with buyer regarding winning bid, buyer indicated payment would be sent within 24-48 hrs. 48 hours came and went, emails went and nothing came back. Opened a case for non payment, 4 more days, still no communication and no payment. Called ebay and closed the...

I don't typically follow these boards so if you have a comment for me then please email. 10 years now as a seller, long term power seller, 2800+ listings in my store, often around a thousand a month revenue earner for Ebay/Paypal and since the new policy a "Top Rated Seller", yay. Check this negative I just received out: "I ordered the wrong part and they don't take returns!!". Okay- he/she ordered a part voluntarily from a listing with a clearly stated return policy, made a mistake, failed...

i won the LV bag with the price $1070 CAD from seller from Belgium Europe. I m very happy when i receive the bag so quickly and don't hesitate to left him the possitive feedback as well.However, that bag was FAKE, and i did sent email to the seller to notice about that and request the refund. But, he refused to refund money to me, so i open dispute and claim to paypal. However, paypal request me to provide the letteer from the third- party. i went to the LV shop again where they did help...
