About 3 years, my ID and account was suspended due to listing counterfeit or copies of Big Brother DVD'S, I now see others listing the same DVD'S that I myself sold them! I was just wondering why or how does Ebay allow some to sell Copies of a item, but then chooses to suspended someone else for listing the exact same items? I know their copies because like I said I am the one who sold them to this individual, I have reported the one responsible for this listing, but yet Ebay, or whoever makes...

I'm relatively new to eBay. Is it mandatory to include the shipping and handling charge in the item description? If this is the case--I lose money every time. How can you know what to charge a buyer-when you don't know where the item is going? or how much it weighs packed? I'd appreciate some advice here. MANY THANKS!

Anyone interested in helping keep the above thread alive? Art and flute does great, but, need some new blood on this old thread. Need new story tellers, plots, subplots, things of interest. We moved at the end of May and some things just got thrown in boxes toward the end. I have a cheap little MP3 player that I use when I go walking and I hadn't been able to find it..........I am listening right now and am tickled at how eclectic my listening tastes are. Don't know where else to post this, so will try here. If this is not the correct place, please direct me to the correct place. I have been a long time bidder/purchaser of eBay auction and buy-it-now items. I have always paid for my purchases in a timely manner, and if also bidding on another item by the same seller, have made arrangements with the seller to await payment until the end of the auction I intend to bid on next. There has never, never been a problem with this arrangement....

I told my mom that it'd be nice to have a glass of wine with Thanksgiving this year....only to realize, that my knowledge of wine doesn't go past the fact that it's made with grapes and comes in a variety of colors. Googling wasn't helpful at all, just advice on how to 'taste' wine. I'm not a big drinker (I still have a wine cooler in my fridge from New Years Eve....4 years ago!) I know it's a tough and interesting time in our lives these days, but, I'm seeing a lot of pessimism and anger in many of the posts and threads. That's okay with me, there are a lot of reasons to be angry and pessimistic, and lots of threads to express that on. This is about just accentuating things with a positive spin on them. I purchesed a used DVR from a seller that had a 7 day refund policy. The unit didn't work so I asked seller if I could return it, they said no. Paypal said they would take care of it and sent a prepaid shipping label to me for returning the unit, they also said I would receive a full refund when the seller received the item back. UPS shows it was delivered few days ago. When should I see my refund? Thanks

I had someone buy something from me the other day. They e-mailed me and told me they couldn't pay through Paypal. I didn't know why it wouldn't go through. After numerous exchanges, they mentioned today that they have a Russian Paypal account and they want me to remove the blocks I have in place so they can pay. The address used on e-bay is a Florida address. I don't know what the address is on Paypal. The Paypal address is the one that would come up for printing labels thorugh Paypal....
