I purchesed a used DVR from a seller that had a 7 day refund policy. The unit didn't work so I asked seller if I could return it, they said no. Paypal said they would take care of it and sent a prepaid shipping label to me for returning the unit, they also said I would receive a full refund when the seller received the item back. UPS shows it was delivered few days ago. When should I see my refund? Thanks

Hello to all, I am in need of some advice. I won an auction Saturday night for a payphone (130344659928). I had been checking the bids from time to time, and saw that there would be a bid, then none. I checked again after the close (my max bid was $405.99) and saw that I had won, and I also got the email from ebay stating that I had won. i paid for an item on e bay, my bank account charged via paypal, now seller has requested that i cancel the payment and has sent me another invoice asking me to pay the amount again. my bank account has not been refunded so is this a scam or am i missing some thing cause im new to e bay?

Hello, I hope this is the right place to ask this... I won an auction tonight (130344659928) and there was me and one other bidder. I got an email one minute after the auction closed saying that since the Ebay search system was down today, he is canceling all bids and is reposting the item this week. I think it is a convenient excuse and that he didn't get his desired price for the item, and that he should have closed the auction before it closed if he was concerned about the search system....

Hi everyone...it's been forever since I have posted here and I'm sure lots have no clue who I am LOL I am debating about either getting another tattoo or modifying (if possible) the one I have. Currently I have the yin yan symbol on my ankle, it's outlined in red and is pretty faded. hello, I'm having a situation and I don't think I'm in the wrong but I'd like to make sure. I recently sold a Roku netflix device. I sold it for 75 with free shipping. I sent it out immediately via FedEx ground and because the buyer paid immediately I left him good feedback. I recently started receiving emails from the buyer demanding a/v cables or a partial refund so that he can buy cables. no where in my listing did i state that cables were included Link He has yet to leave feedback...

I know it's a tough and interesting time in our lives these days, but, I'm seeing a lot of pessimism and anger in many of the posts and threads. I purchased a 1.34ct black diamond eternity band ring in Sept 2009. I am an amature in fine jewerly and didnt realize until recently that the cts are only .19 I sent the seller a message asking for a refund or another piece of jewelry. Do I have a right for this since ?

I birthed a son in 1974 when I was 17. I also gave him up for adoption, all identities concealed. I told my mom that it'd be nice to have a glass of wine with Thanksgiving this year....only to realize, that my knowledge of wine doesn't go past the fact that it's made with grapes and comes in a variety of colors. I have a cold. Naturally -- it's the big holiday week, and I have a million things to do. My head is clogged, but last time I checked, my sinuses aren't directly connected to my brain. So why can't I think? I have a million things to do to get ready for Thanksgiving, and I literally cannot think. No, there's no Nyquil involved -- at least not during my waking hours. We moved at the end of May and some things just got thrown in boxes toward the end. Is it within guidelines for a seller to change from an auction to a "buy it now"? I saw a dress I needed and asked the seller to change to a buy it now, and set a price. The seller said she didn't think it was allowed. I am not sure. Where to look to see the rules for that? Thanks!

About 3 years, my ID and account was suspended due to listing counterfeit or copies of Big Brother DVD'S, I now see others listing the same DVD'S that I myself sold them! I was just wondering why or how does Ebay allow some to sell Copies of a item, but then chooses to suspended someone else for listing the exact same items? I know their copies because like I said I am the one who sold them to this individual, I have reported the one responsible for this listing, but yet Ebay, or whoever makes...

I don't get this. Over the years fungo has had a lot of credit. when the rates were low and it was feasible to transfer balances i would do that and have several credit cards. Since there will soon be a credit card bill to regulate them many CC companies are raisng their interest rates. The consumer has the option of not allowing them to do this if you will notify them within a certain time period BUT they will close your account. I will not keep my cards just so my rate won't go up!! I have...

I purchased item #1 which turned out to not be in the condition stated in the ad, nor was the photo of the exact item. The seller chose to do a partial refund and allow me to keep the item. I paid for it via paypal instantly however the refund was funded by a bank account and took several days to clear. Hi, I just received a reproduction chocolate set. The repro part is ok I knew that. But what I received is a totally different set and is frankly ugly. Have been reading and ebay makes it sound like it's my responisiblity to pay the return postage. True? Was the dealer's error so why should I have to pay anything to make it right. Well, I keep in touch with only 4 of my H.S friends.. and several college ones.. They all have facebook and I don't..they love it and say it is a great way to keep in touch with old friends..post pics of themselves, friends, family and some chatty news ..then I am told that the others who were asking about me could find me...not to be unkind but I kept in touchwith who I wanted to.. Last week I went to help with the Kingdom Hall build. On Wednesday morning I woke up in some very bad pain. This usually keeps me at home and I can do nothing but suffer. Laying down, sitting, walking and standing all cause such pain, that I just have to take meds and stay home. But I was not home and had a job to do. Okay, I read prior discussions on this topic before posting, and my question has not been answered. It's not just Bing Cashback that's making people pay more for a gift card than its value. Sometimes they're paying more than 8% more, and sometimes they're buying it in an auction format, which is not eligible for Bing Cashback! Am not sure what board to ask this question.........Item returned, I refunded seller thru Paypal, no problem. Here's where I think I goofed: I offered a one-day second chance offer which was not accepted. I then 'relisted' the item from the sold page. Ebay shows that the original amount is still due from buyer and that the item was shipped. I think I've put myself into an awful mess. The item no is 320450735811, if that helps.
