I am fairly new to ebay and am really looking for some help. Long story short I bought a dress for $21. A month later after numerous emails full of excuses, saying the post office must have lost it, etc. I requested a refund. That day the dress was back up for auction. I filed a claim with paypal and gave a negative review. Seller began sending emails wishing me a terrible life and calling me names. Paypal said that the seller had ok'd a refund but, no funds were available from her bank...

I've been an ebayer since the first year Ebay started. I"ve seen it all over the years and ever since Ebay and Paypal merged... I've seen nothing but more and more problems. Paypal's recent move to the random "21 day Hold" practice has me so frustrated, I have filed a complaint with the San Jose, CA Better Business Bureau. If you're not familiar with Paypal's new practice, here it is. Paypal can randomly decide to "Hold" your payment. I recently sold football tickets for $200....

I brought a Ralph Lauren shirt this weekend and have paid for it by e cheque. I have looked on the sellers feedback which was 100% but somone has posted on there today negative feedback saying the shirt he received was counterfeit. I want to cancel this transaction but how do I do it?

I am new to using PP for shipping, went to print a label with postage, PP charged my account but it did not print. It says my popup blocker is on but it is NOT. I turned it off. I know I can void the label and get my money back, but I really need to ship this tomorrow with this label.

I am aware of my big mistake, however I didn't see the bought item (Phoenix Suns Cap) is sold in Children measurements that don't suit my adult head. I got a mail Unpaid item case open because I didn't pay it - I don't really want to pay if there is another option - if there isn't I guess I will have to pay it anyway... What is my option to do to decline an item? I already contacted a seller, are there usually any options that sellers understand such stupid mistakes by their buyers......

Well, after 2 years of nothing but disruption & destruction, all changes made to the site to make it so Buyer friendly, Where's the beef? According to JD, if we all knuckled under, allowed fraud, accepted their unsafe payment method, unlimited returns, gamed fraud of a search, TRS,DSR, FUBAR, the customers would return in droves. Well, Ebay, Where's the Beef? NO SALES ANYWHERE ON SITE, even the TRS are crying, hundreds of posts complaining about fraud, PP assisted theft, Chinese junk flooding...

Paypals' discriminatory policies are hurting ebay. I refuse to use their credit card and I am not opening a bank account for their use. They have used my VISA card for years and now they claim they will no longer honor it due to their arbitrary spending limits on my card. I see this as discriminatory extortion and cannot use ebay as a buyer (all I do) unless a seller agrees to accept a USPS MO from me. My position is that either a merchant like paypal honors the visa logo, or they don't. If...

Just this week I got a SNAD notice from PayPig about an item that I sold to an out-of-state buyer via What's-'is-Name's List. First he's saying he got wrong item [reconditioned propeller] ....when I showed him he was wrong about that he started complaining about stuff like glass beads [used by shop to for media blasting!] and a few odd pits in the surface here and there...cosmetic stuff. hi this is erm.. not really ebay item.. i bought stuff outside ebay, but paid with paypal.. the items i bought are suppposed to be a pair.. however one fits but the other doesn't.. O.O so i tried email-ing the seller.. no reply, i started the dispute.. in the dispute i said the same thing in the email.. then the seller replied me in the email, and ask if i could explain how SNAD it is.. i explained.. and no reply... I opened one against eBay. Hopefully this will be my last. And no, it has nothing to do with today's massive problem on eBay. It is only a coincidence. It was suppose to be opened yesterday, but PayPal phone support told me that I was being transferred to expert PayPal help support on eBay issues. Within seconds I was talking with eBay's general phone support!?!?!?! I had more success today. Rick

Paypal informed me that there had been fraudulent activity on my account so I changed my password, etc. A payment had been put into my account which they have on hold. I confirmed I knew nothing about the payment. They have since given me 7 days to resolve this unauthorised payment under claims requiring my action. Since I am not responsible for any of this, I don't know what to do as none of the follow-through options available apply to me..... I can't say I have posted an item as I have...
