I opened one against eBay. Hopefully this will be my last. And no, it has nothing to do with today's massive problem on eBay. It is only a coincidence. It was suppose to be opened yesterday, but PayPal phone support told me that I was being transferred to expert PayPal help support on eBay issues. Within seconds I was talking with eBay's general phone support!?!?!?! I had more success today. Rick

If a buyer wants to return money and get his money refunded and the seller says "no refund" on the item, what does Paypal do? Do they give him his money back anyway?

I brought a Ralph Lauren shirt this weekend and have paid for it by e cheque. I have looked on the sellers feedback which was 100% but somone has posted on there today negative feedback saying the shirt he received was counterfeit. I want to cancel this transaction but how do I do it?

I was going through my sales today and transferring the Paypal payment to my bank account. On one transaction I sent money to my Paypal account from my bank instead of the other way around. Can I cancel this transaction and then re-do it? Thanks

I am new to using PP for shipping, went to print a label with postage, PP charged my account but it did not print. It says my popup blocker is on but it is NOT. I turned it off. I know I can void the label and get my money back, but I really need to ship this tomorrow with this label.

Paypals' discriminatory policies are hurting ebay. I refuse to use their credit card and I am not opening a bank account for their use. They have used my VISA card for years and now they claim they will no longer honor it due to their arbitrary spending limits on my card. I see this as discriminatory extortion and cannot use ebay as a buyer (all I do) unless a seller agrees to accept a USPS MO from me. My position is that either a merchant like paypal honors the visa logo, or they don't. If...

Why does it take so looong to transfer paypal funds into into MY bank account, this has become a problem. 4-plus days? c'mon... They get there money right quick, why does it take so long to reverse the process? This paypal only method is pure B.S., what's wrong with money orders? Is ebay and paypal hurting for funds? Tonight I made a BIN purchase, went to pay immediately and got a notice I have reached my spending limit, so payment did not go through, and now I have to beg the seller to let me pay by check. I do not want my banking information linked to paypal, nor do I want paypal's credit card. I have several of my own already. Is this permanent? Am I not to shop here any longer? Twahoodee? Where for art thou??

I just sold something today (computer), and I received payment from the buyer and email from Paypal stating the 21 day hold policy. From reading on the forums, I see that this policy was instituted awhile back, I just didn't know about it. I can understand why they are doing it, need to protect themselves and buyer. I posted sometime last month about clearing dates for e-checks. I was getting one date on the front page and the detail page gave me a different date. It was aggravating as Hades and really ticked me off. Again, it's only with my ebay sellers. I have no idea what date that the sellers were given as far as my e-check clearing. Today I was supposed to have 11 checks clear. Three did. I went to PP and checked the rest. Everyone of them had a clearing date of the 23rd. I sent PP an email...

I had had this set to not print, within my settings, for years. It's a good thing. I can use a sheet of paper for two shipping labels. better yet, I waste less ink. A week or so ago, they started screwing with the packing slip, and my shipping receipts started to print. Unchecked the setting, and saved my preferences. Next label good. This morning, got a receipt again. Unchecked and saved. Checked that preference was saved. Printed another label and got a receipt. Checked...

Hello, I have a problem here I need a little advice for, please. I bought an Xbox 360 from a seller on eBay on the 21st of September. According to the auction, it was a perfectly working machine with no issues. After buying it, it took a period longer than I expected for it to arrive, but that's another story. Since eBay owns PayPal, I think they should cut sellers some slack and waive the fees. For $100 in sales I only see about $50 after shipping and eBay/PayPal fees. Maybe I'm just waking up.
