Well a terrible day before the holidays, got an SNAD dispute like always the buyer won.... and paypal decided to screw me over. Anyways to make a long story short paypal has limited my account, took all my funds that were in my account ( around 150 $) and now wont let me receive payments from the winners of my auctions. Is there anything I can do? I can't make a new paypal account because I cant link my bank account to a new account while my account is limited this is a mess any help...

And I'm a little skeptical. . Here's the story, I sold a $900 item on another ID. It's a collectible item with a low rate of scam, but there's always a chance as you know. The buyer's address is wrong by one digit in the zip code. Apparently the PO was messing with the zip codes in the area, this comes up ever so often. But correcting the zip caused me to get the "you must ship to" message, and I wasn't going to do that. I refunded. The buyer got their address fixed with Paypal and paid...

Tonight I made a BIN purchase, went to pay immediately and got a notice I have reached my spending limit, so payment did not go through, and now I have to beg the seller to let me pay by check. I do not want my banking information linked to paypal, nor do I want paypal's credit card. I have several of my own already. Is this permanent? Am I not to shop here any longer? Twahoodee? Where for art thou??

Has there ever been a case in that a buyer filed a dispute and the seller actually won without have their account frozen or some other horrible situation that messed up EVERYTHING for the seller?

I am new to this thread.This is the first time I have been here.I am selling all items that my kids grew out of and things around the house that is not needed anymore to get out of my way.My question is I had printed all labels that needed to be done and shipped them out about an hours or so ago.I logged back on to see what my balance was and they put the limit on my account.They said they want email address, phone numbers and etc for my suppliers.I have no suppliers because this is everything...

what is up with pay pal check out no large or small flat rate boxes listed for printing a label when i call them on it they say U.S postal service supply the program and they have not got them this . so i call U.S. postal service tech line they say no all pay pal has to do is ask for it to be placed on so what is the problem $$ so know every time i sell a flat rate item other then a medium i have to go to the U.S. postal web sight get shipping label import all information then place the...

What is Ebay's policy regarding second party Paypal payments?I am a fairly experienced bidder but today I bid & won several auctions. In the listing under coverage: It has the Paypal coverage terms. In the item description it says "PayPal with help of secure online retailer." It turns out that this "secure online retailer" is CCNow.com. I'm being charge with fees left and right, ebay final fee and paypal fee and with the fee, I'm decreasing the amount of money into my pocket. Can anyone tell me what other payment that the buyer pays for the fee? Thanks.

I've been an ebayer since the first year Ebay started. I"ve seen it all over the years and ever since Ebay and Paypal merged... I've seen nothing but more and more problems. Paypal's recent move to the random "21 day Hold" practice has me so frustrated, I have filed a complaint with the San Jose, CA Better Business Bureau. If you're not familiar with Paypal's new practice, here it is. Paypal can randomly decide to "Hold" your payment. I recently sold football tickets for $200....

I think many have turned Thanksgiving is just a day to have a really good meal instead of being Thankful. I am fairly new to ebay and am really looking for some help. Long story short I bought a dress for $21. A month later after numerous emails full of excuses, saying the post office must have lost it, etc. I requested a refund. That day the dress was back up for auction. I filed a claim with paypal and gave a negative review. Seller began sending emails wishing me a terrible life and calling me names. Just this week I got a SNAD notice from PayPig about an item that I sold to an out-of-state buyer via What's-'is-Name's List. First he's saying he got wrong item [reconditioned propeller] ....when I showed him he was wrong about that he started complaining about stuff like glass beads [used by shop to for media blasting!] and a few odd pits in the surface here and there...cosmetic stuff. I sold 2 dress on one invoice to a buyer in Austria. The buyer claims to have returned one of the dresses to me (for $349.99, the other dress for $399.99 was kept and was never returned). She indicated that there was nothing wrong with the dress she just did no like it. There was no mention of the item being significantly different than described. I have a no return policy, I am sure this is why I was only informed of the return after the package was sent back to me. The seller did not ask for...

I brought a Ralph Lauren shirt this weekend and have paid for it by e cheque. I have looked on the sellers feedback which was 100% but somone has posted on there today negative feedback saying the shirt he received was counterfeit. I want to cancel this transaction but how do I do it?

I won an item but right now I don't have enough in my PP acct. to pay for it immediately. Today I sent funds to my PP account from my linked bank account, but I am afraid because of the holiday it will take longer than 5 days for the funds to become available. The listing says I have 7 days to pay. But the seller is trying to cancel the sale and if PayPal does not make the money available to me by the 7th day I am sure she will seize upon this to cancel the transaction....

I have one item that is listed on My eBay as being not paid. It required payment by Paypal at the end of auction, but due to Paypal problems I sent a payment directly to the seller. Now when I go to pay for other products won on eBay through paypal I am prompted to pay for this item. The seller has already left me feedback, but I can't leave feedback or change this item to be listed as paid. How do I get this item marked payed or at least remove it so when I pay for other eBay items I am not...

won the LV bag with the price $1070 CAD from seller from Belgium Europe. I m very happy when i receive the bag so quickly and don't hesitate to left him the possitive feedback as well.However, that bag was FAKE, and i did sent email to the seller to notice about that and request the refund. But, he refused to refund money to me, so i open dispute and claim to paypal.
