I brought a Ralph Lauren shirt this weekend and have paid for it by e cheque. I have looked on the sellers feedback which was 100% but somone has posted on there today negative feedback saying the shirt he received was counterfeit. I want to cancel this transaction but how do I do it?

Buyer files a item not received dispute. Tracking info provided and case is closed in sellers favor. Buyer opens a new dispute now for item not as described and the options given by paypal leaves the seller now holding the bag. How is that possible?

i sold an item and shipped it to spain about 3 weeks ago. the buyer posted positive feedback about 12 days after i mailed the item and i never thought anything more about it. yesterday he filed a paypal non receipt dispute asking where his item was. i have the post office receipt and customs form number, though not a hard copy of it. has anything like this happened to anyone else? i don't really know what to do. no insurance was purchased so the item was not tracked in any way. the post office...

I've been an ebayer since the first year Ebay started. I"ve seen it all over the years and ever since Ebay and Paypal merged... I've seen nothing but more and more problems. Paypal's recent move to the random "21 day Hold" practice has me so frustrated, I have filed a complaint with the San Jose, CA Better Business Bureau. If you're not familiar with Paypal's new practice, here it is. Paypal can randomly decide to "Hold" your payment. I recently sold football tickets for $200....

I am new to this thread.This is the first time I have been here.I am selling all items that my kids grew out of and things around the house that is not needed anymore to get out of my way.My question is I had printed all labels that needed to be done and shipped them out about an hours or so ago.I logged back on to see what my balance was and they put the limit on my account.They said they want email address, phone numbers and etc for my suppliers.I have no suppliers because this is everything...

And I'm a little skeptical. . Here's the story, I sold a $900 item on another ID. It's a collectible item with a low rate of scam, but there's always a chance as you know. The buyer's address is wrong by one digit in the zip code. Apparently the PO was messing with the zip codes in the area, this comes up ever so often. But correcting the zip caused me to get the "you must ship to" message, and I wasn't going to do that. I refunded. The buyer got their address fixed with Paypal and paid...

assuming we all continue selling on ebay is there an alternative form of electronic payment aside from paypal? there used to be something i think was called bidpay, i might be confusing it with something else though. you input your credit card as you would on any other website even if you didn't have an account. seems the paypal monopoly could do with some competition.

Just a heads up... A customer just wrote me and said they got a message when they went to pay that I don't accept Paypal?? That particular item is a store item with over 25 paid sales in the past 6 months, so I know there is nothing wrong with the listing. I hope this is a short glitch and not like the search glitch last weekend.

Well a terrible day before the holidays, got an SNAD dispute like always the buyer won.... and paypal decided to screw me over. Anyways to make a long story short paypal has limited my account, took all my funds that were in my account ( around 150 $) and now wont let me receive payments from the winners of my auctions. Is there anything I can do? I can't make a new paypal account because I cant link my bank account to a new account while my account is limited this is a mess any help...

Tonight I made a BIN purchase, went to pay immediately and got a notice I have reached my spending limit, so payment did not go through, and now I have to beg the seller to let me pay by check. I do not want my banking information linked to paypal, nor do I want paypal's credit card. I have several of my own already. Is this permanent? Am I not to shop here any longer? Twahoodee? What is Ebay's policy regarding second party Paypal payments?I am a fairly experienced bidder but today I bid & won several auctions. In the listing under coverage: It has the Paypal coverage terms. I am fairly new to ebay and am really looking for some help. Long story short I bought a dress for $21. A month later after numerous emails full of excuses, saying the post office must have lost it, etc. I requested a refund. That day the dress was back up for auction. Just this week I got a SNAD notice from PayPig about an item that I sold to an out-of-state buyer via What's-'is-Name's List. I sold 2 dress on one invoice to a buyer in Austria. The buyer claims to have returned one of the dresses to me (for $349.99, the other dress for $399.99 was kept and was never returned). She indicated that there was nothing wrong with the dress she just did no like it. There was no mention of the item being significantly different than described. I won an item but right now I don't have enough in my PP acct. to pay for it immediately. Today I sent funds to my PP account from my linked bank account, but I am afraid because of the holiday it will take longer than 5 days for the funds to become available. The listing says I have 7 days to pay. But the seller is trying to cancel the sale and if PayPal does not make the money available to me by the 7th day I am sure she will seize upon this to cancel the transaction....

I have one item that is listed on My eBay as being not paid. It required payment by Paypal at the end of auction, but due to Paypal problems I sent a payment directly to the seller. Now when I go to pay for other products won on eBay through paypal I am prompted to pay for this item. The seller has already left me feedback, but I can't leave feedback or change this item to be listed as paid. won the LV bag with the price $1070 CAD from seller from Belgium Europe. From reading on the forums, I see that this policy was instituted awhile back, I just didn't know about it. I can understand why they are doing it, need to protect themselves and buyer. Well, after 2 years of nothing but disruption & destruction, all changes made to the site to make it so Buyer friendly, Where's the beef? According to JD, if we all knuckled under, allowed fraud, accepted their unsafe payment method, unlimited returns, gamed fraud of a search, TRS,DSR, FUBAR, the customers would return in droves. I am aware of my big mistake, however I didn't see the bought item (Phoenix Suns Cap) is sold in Children measurements that don't suit my adult head. I got a mail Unpaid item case open because I didn't pay it - I don't really want to pay if there is another option - if there isn't I guess I will have to pay it anyway... Paypals' discriminatory policies are hurting ebay. I refuse to use their credit card and I am not opening a bank account for their use. They have used my VISA card for years and now they claim they will no longer honor it due to their arbitrary spending limits on my card. I see this as discriminatory extortion and cannot use ebay as a buyer (all I do) unless a seller agrees to accept a USPS MO from me. I opened one against eBay. Hopefully this will be my last. And no, it has nothing to do with today's massive problem on eBay. It is only a coincidence. It was suppose to be opened yesterday, but PayPal phone support told me that I was being transferred to expert PayPal help support on eBay issues. Paypal informed me that there had been fraudulent activity on my account so I changed my password, etc. A payment had been put into my account which they have on hold. I confirmed I knew nothing about the payment. They have since given me 7 days to resolve this unauthorised payment under claims requiring my action. I have a Christmas package I am mailing to a friend. I don't see anywhere that I can find that you can just print a shipping label unless there was a monetary transaction between you and the person you need a label for. Am I right? Why does it take so looong to transfer paypal funds into into MY bank account, this has become a problem. 4-plus days? c'mon... I posted sometime last month about clearing dates for e-checks. I was getting one date on the front page and the detail page gave me a different date. It was aggravating as Hades and really ticked me off. Again, it's only with my ebay sellers. I have no idea what date that the sellers were given as far as my e-check clearing. Today I was supposed to have 11 checks clear. Three did. I went to PP and checked the rest. Everyone of them had a clearing date of the 23rd. I sent PP an email...

I had had this set to not print, within my settings, for years. It's a good thing. I can use a sheet of paper for two shipping labels. better yet, I waste less ink. A week or so ago, they started screwing with the packing slip, and my shipping receipts started to print. Unchecked the setting, and saved my preferences. Next label good. This morning, got a receipt again. Unchecked and saved. Checked that preference was saved. Printed another label and got a receipt. Checked...

Since eBay owns PayPal, I think they should cut sellers some slack and waive the fees. For $100 in sales I only see about $50 after shipping and eBay/PayPal fees. Maybe I'm just waking up.
