If I have my Photobucket Allbums set to "private", Can the links to my pictures still be seen on my eBay listings ? In other words, I want to use Photobucket to host the pictures I use in my eBay Listiings but I do not want the pictures to be just floating out there in cyberspace for everyone to view.

I'm a "Newbie" to selling and have been using EBays picture hosting for my auctions. I wanted to do an "About Me" page and was under the impression I needed off site picture hosting. I was refereed to "Oniva" as a good site. I joined the site and during the joining process, the Oniva site worked great taking my money. That is where it stopped! I can not log in. I get an "Oniva" error and that is the end of it. I have sent enough emails to plug the internet mail system with no response. Does any...

Is the photo zoom feature available on Turbo Lister? I can't seem to get this feature to work with my listings uploaded from Turbo Lister. The enlarge feature works fine but not the zoom. Could it be too small of photo size? Any ideas? Thanks for any help.

Someone from tech support from a 3rd party listing tool that I was having problems with told me that ebay wants pictures to be at an aspect ratio of 5:3 or 3:5. This clearly sounds wrong to me. I wasn't aware that ebay required any aspect ratio for pictures, do they? Ann

Hi, I have been using datazap.net image hosting service for years, but I have been thinking of switching services. I have tried free hosting, and for the most part I think they don't work and are unreliable. Although, picsahoy.com was at least reliable. I have been thinking of trying imagehostplus.com. I was wondering if anyone has tried them, or if they think I should stay with datazap.net? Best Regards, jeanie-z

my request is if ebay would make it so that twitpic photos could be added to the forums and item listings. i also was wondering why the ebay photo uploader will not work with my cell phone? I also was wondering why when im on my cell phone i cant veiw the enlarge photos?

It seems that an easier way to put a demo in a listing would be to take a video clip from my camera, which also has the audio, and load it to my computer and then load it to the listing. Doesn't it work like the jpg. where you just upload to your listing?

Hello, Well, after the super nice folks here have helped me with getting photos into the body of auctions, showing me the templates so kindly offered, etc., I have tried to figure out the following. As it is now November and January seems to be just around the corner, I am thinking I need to work out how to insert a picture in that first block (gallery?) I copied all the information from about two months ago for my quick reference and still am having this problem - How do I get that first...

I've ordered tons of fabric on eBay, and recently I had a couple of purchases where the photo on the listing was worlds apart from the fabric that arrived. In one case, the fabric I purchased seemed to be bright red with metallic gold leaves embroidered on it. What arrived was a very dark, muted orange with non-metallic dark green and dark yellow embroidered leaves. Maybe someone can help me. I recently upgraded Firefox on my computer. Since then I see thumbs on search pages, but if I open the listing, there is no photo. This happens with ebay's turbo lister. Other hosts ie. Vendio I have no problem seeing the images. The problem does not happen with I.E. As an aside the same problem happens with certain avatars on the boards. I don't know html, but I have built a site with gui software, and I'm just finishing it and have run into a final glitch. I have to change some dividing lines on the page. I have two lines which almost meet end to end, they are about 20 px. apart, and I now need one continuous line instead. The easiest way would be to just insert a line [the same color] in between the two and fill in the space, so I tried patching in a 30px line [image] which would be plenty big enough. I have a domain and until last week I was using Microsoft Office Live, which provides a free website. The service abrubtly ended and I'm trying to find a solution. I just need something simple. If anyone has any ideas, please advise. TIA
