I bought a replica of the ever popular iphone. The clone is known as the Sci-phone version. Almost exactly the same. Well, as the story continues... I completed the sale on August 28th. First off, knowing full well this company/seller is located in Hong Kong, I completely understood it could potentially take up to 15 business days. I anxiously waited, due to the untimely demise and ever growing problematic cell phone I had, and owned faithfully for about a year and a half. Also knowing...

"How to Spot a Forum Troll". Online troublemakers, known as Forum trolls, create discord within a group. They pride themselves on stirring up trouble, often taking great pains to place blame on other members. Part of the thrill for online troublemakers is hiding in plain sight. Online troublemakers often present themselves with an air of authority, as though they are group management. Most trolls operate completely anonymously on websites. This is to some extent due to their inherent...

Buyers beware of this seller. We purchased an item from her the end of August and we did not receive this item, so we were going to start a dispute but the seller begged us not to and assured us she would send out another one or refund us our money. Well by the end of all this.... No Item and no refund and the listing went past 45 days so a dispute could not be started. We are a very reputable buyer with 100% feedback, so there was no issue on our end. We held up to our end of the bargain...

Masei is a fresh new brand. Their helmets are DOT and ECE certified. Their quality is above average, but great price in eBay for that quality. Very Reasonable and impressive. They are known for their fancy graphics and cheaper price of chorme Flip-Up helmets. Check them out in ebay. I only know that the company has been in business for few years and the Masei helmets I've encountered are made in Taiwan and China. But I've actually never seen a Masei helmet for sale in a motorcycle shop...

The BTY brand of Nimh batteries that are being sold on ebay by various sellers (most from Hong Kong) are not very good. The AA batteries are supposed to be 2500 mah but are in fact usually about 800 mah (or less) and are not useful in digital cameras (or anything else for that matter). I have purchased a total of 48 of the BTY 2500 batteries and so far have only 4 out of the 48 that are even usable. Those 4 are about 1500 mah (still nowhere near the advertised 2500 mah). If you are tempted to...

There are many ways to ship items overseas, but not all of them are economical. For eBay sellers who sell low-cost items, many times the shipping charges could be double the cost of the product you are shipping. Fortunately, the U.S. Postal Service's First Class Mail International is an inexpensive yet reliable way to send items to destinations on other continents. Postage starts at $1.23 for a packages, and the savings only get better from there. For example, let's say you want to mail a...

Customer Service Issues - I recently purchased a New Rifle Scope from Optics Planet which arrived in a timely fashion. Upon removing the scope from the factory package I found the installation guide and warranty registration which were supposed to be under the bottom flap as noted were missing. I contacted Optics Planet who got me the web link for the Installation and usage manual but did not get the warranty registration. The scope appeared to be in good condition and after installing as...

A few months ago I listed a Vintage Fire Extinguisher. As soon as it was listed, it was removed by Ebay because it "was a prohibited item". I explained in my response that it was empty and Vintage, so I was allowed to relist, and sold the item. I have contacted Ebay many times because they won't remove the "Low Compliance Policy" rating from my seller dashboard. Any help would be appreciated!!

VENT ONE! If you've written a guide and want to add up to the limit of ten photos, don't hold your breath. I have had three chats with "technicians" about this on-going problem in as many weeks. They admit the "add picture" feature currently isn't working, but stay tuned for a solution, keep watching the announcement board. Weeks have passed with no results. How difficult can this be? Maybe eBay wishes the Guides would just go away as so many of the most popular ones are critical of eBay...

Talk about heaven . . . The Oregon High Desert has all the treasures ! ! World famous during the depression in the '30's, people would come to the High Desert in search of plume agate, petrified wood, obsidian and sell the stuff into Japan and Asia . . . where the market was strong.People made actual money and the area was heavily ravaged as tons of highgrade agates and wood were brought to shipping points for loading out. We have new evidence that the trade route was going on for 1000's of...
