I've noticed that I can't create a guide and I've looked at the most recently created guides by others and the last one dates from the 14th october. Is eBay closing the guides feature down?

Hi. I need to know where I go to edit my guide. I've looked but can't find anywhere where I can do that. And also, do I need to use HTML to separate paragraphs in my guide? Right now it's all just one big block and the enter button worked when I made the guide but then it came out as one big paragraph. Thanks.

I need help, I found a seller thru a search engine, but could not get thru with my browser, and then I did a search here and she is not here, this is my problem, I just sold a large stylebuilt Perfume Bottle, and I just received an email today from the buyer stating that the vial is missing, what vial? I have had it for years, and what you see in my listing is what I have had, please anyone tell me what is missing with this bottle. It sold last week. ebner34

Am I the only one that has noticed that I can buy most of what I look for as cheap or cheaper and get S&H cheaper or free S&H from regular on-line retailers than I can through eBay? I have to search to get a deal here now.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I ordered a DVD from them and waited an entire month before my patience finally ran out. So I sent them an email asking why I had not received my DVD, since I did order it a full month ago...and the money was taken out of my account the day I ordered it.....but did I get a response??? NOOOOOOO....all I got was an email from PayPal informing me that I was being refunded for the DVD. Poor Form....one of the many reasons I am so reluctant to buy on eBay, it's just too...

I shop a lot for women's clothing and accessories. I spend too much time asking for measurements and wonder why all sellers do not post this info in the description of item. Right...photos are great, but.... if I am buying clothing, I need more info. Manufacturers are all different these days especially in European designs, so....I find myself going through all sizes to find what I am looking for. Asking for info from the seller is like a "crap shoot"...I may or may not get an answer and...

I have an ebay situation that is so tragic, it is almost comical. I have been a power seller of Backup Batteries for iphones for over a year. I have 100% POSITIVE FEEDBACK on almost 700 postings. As of Oct 1, 2009, I have lost my power seller status because I needed $3000 in totals and only had $2942, a shortfall of a mere $58.
