I've got a buyer, a large buyer of jewelry (i know that's a relative term, but with his buyers ID, he's bought about 50 items this month, for instance...) Hi, I sold an American Girl doll lot with the clothes. She recieved the dolls and wanted a partial refund and I refused and told her I would give a full refund and to return all the items. I have never had a problem before and have never had to deal with this. I gave her the full refund and she has the items listed on Ebay ending today and in 2 more days. I have tried to contact the buyer through email and phone with no response. I have contacted Ebay and Paypal and was told they are checking...

Hi, I was trying to sell a Radar Detector from Escort so I put a listing up but 2 days ago it was taken down and Ebay sent me a message about how it was a Trademark infringement. I think they (Ebay and/or Escort) made an error here. I followed the advice on the message and emailed Escort. No response. I then tried to email ebay through ebay.violations@netenforcers.com. No response. Also, I put up TWO listings selling the radar detector and only 1 listing was taken down even though...

I know a lot of you were effected by the search outage yesterday. I am not speaking about that. I just wondered, how many sellers are going to cancel all the bids they got yesterday, and sell the item to the person that had put in the bid before? Example Item call it cool... starting bid $1.00 bidder A bid on it on Friday. So it is still at one dollar. Now yesterday another bidder got to see your item and decided to bid on it. say bidding $14.00. The item then goes up to $14.00...

Hi. I'm fixing to list some items, including some books for my daughter, which I prefer to limit to domestic bidders. It's been a while since I've sold anything, and last time I used Turbolister, I could designate international versus US-only on a listing-by-listing basis. This time, however, it seems to be tied into my preferences stated within Ebay. Is there still any way to set some listings as domestic and some as international? Advice appreciated. Thanks!

Somethings happening, maybe they put all their resources to help the big retailers but us small businesses are hurting but I'm not interested in excuses. Results matter. And the last time we were due a refund you guys changed your mind. Ebays going to play this off as go look in your seller screen there it is! hi! i'm new to ebay, so pardon my lack of knowledge when it comes to selling / buying. i made this account specifically just to ask this question on these forums. i gave my brother a phone to sell for me through ebay (he had a good and high feedback score, so buyers would trust). the phone was directly from t-mobile, and was tested by both of us (we work in electronics retail) and found absolutely nothing wrong with it. even went to a t-mobile retailer to double check and ensure it was free...

With all these search problems, and now not being able to see Store items unless you click an obscure radio button on a menu at the left, I am thinking this is a move to just get rid of stores. If they take them out of search, what is the impetus to pay for a store? I think this really is going to be the push that gets my stuff out of here except for auctions and makes me open my own website. If my things aren't even showing up in Search, why should I pay for a store? Charming timing on...

Okay I am a part time seller who has been using EBAY (mainly auction style) for the about the past three months now and when the new feedback system kicked in I really didn't think much of it ... but I noticed on these DBs it seemed to be shaking alot of big seller's trees ... whom I read were leaving EBAY and the llike. Call me naive but I am still flabbergasted in sellers that won't refund return shipping on items that they blatently misrepresent in condition. Just rec'd a beaded purse that doesn't show any damage in the photos. She decribed it as "very good" condition. Pictures and description weren't the best but with 1900+ feedback at 100% I put in a bid. Beading is completely shredded and torn, missing beads.... OK Sellers, lets hear it. What is the funniest, silliest, most ridiculous, most interesting question a buyer has ever asked you? I know I get them all the time so there are bound to be some whoppers out there! I'll start.... The buyer was asking me about a .125 oz tube of the product... Hi all - could use some advice. I'm selling a pretty expensive handbag and I've had a couple of inquiries asking if I would ship overseas (one to Philippines and one to Thailand). On completed auctions, the bag has sold around $2500 so I'm nervous about shipping overseas. That said, I think that may be one of the target audiences for this expensive bag so I don't want to miss a chunk of potential buyers. Would you ship something this expensive to Asia or S.E. As just about every aspect of using ebay is time sensitive, from entering items, to bidding. to winning to making payment... Rhetorical question, does ebay feel responsible in any way for keeping it's business in proper running condition. Most of the time it feels like a bunch of dweebs operating out of a garage somewhere. Considering what the executives have scavenged off the thing over the years you would expect them to at least have a redundant backup system, keep everything maintained...
