I probably already know the answer to this , but I just want some reinforcement. My auction#150382471256 for a vintage fly reel closed on October 26, and shortly after I received a message asking for my address so the buyer could send a money order. After checking in to see what had come of the payment I was told he forgot to send it. My last two were queries on payment were to no avail. So I file payment not received. I just won an auction and paid. Next to the auction is the hour glass icon instead of the $. So I go into PP account to check it out and it says that the money is unclaimed? Look at details page and it says seller is not registered? Hmmm.. never had this happen before. Could it just be that PP or Ebay have the sellers email wrong? I contacted seller, waiting to hear back. Anybody ever have this happen?

I recently sold a computer and the buyer paid right away I mailed it out and after I sent him conf of delivery he THEN asked me if the screen was good how would I know if it didn't turn on and other questions about it etc. Sounds like now he doesn't want it. He already knows it's in the mail. Do sellers have any chance if this guy decides to take parts out or anything? My sister in law stopped selling on here a year ago and advised me not to start. But I just did and already I see how easy...

OK, eBay only allows electronic payments unless the item is personally picked up. Why on an invoice I'm getting ready to send my buyer (eBay motors) does it state they can mail a payment and show my address? How can I remove this? Also, is there no more live help function? eBay used to be fun and now it's really becoming a pain. Glad I'm not selling much anymore!

Got an email this morning saying "50% OFF Auction-style Insertion Fees--Nov 25"...this is AFTER I received an email saying "50% OFF auction style insertion fees Nov 23-25" AND then an email rescinding saying "Normal insertion Fees Nov 23-25" The email rescinding the 50% off specifically states "There are currently no plans for a 50% off Insertion Fee Promotion on the dates mentioned in the prior email." Hi there. I was looking for an instyler for my daughter (yes, we know the reviews are very mixed). I came upon this listing: Item number 260509612650. The seller states that she is the only "authorized" dealer of the instyler on ebay, and that means she can honor the three year extended warranty. Is there ANY WAY to stop these automatic payment reminders that ebay is sending to my buyers. It is not uncommon for my buyers to take time to browse all my items and take a few days to complete their purchases and I do not want these reminders to go. Any help greatly appreciated.

We need to take every effort to assure that they arrive in the same pristine condition as when shipped. May I ask that you ship via USPS Priority Mail, hard boxed. an item i listed has changed. i want to contact the bidders to offer them the chance to retract their bids. i click on the high bidder's id, it goes to feedback profile, i click on "contact member", it tells me "form not available, you are attempting to communicate about an invalid item". Well before listing ended a buyer wrote requesting a non-priority shipping method to save cost. Insisted all his sellers accomodated this request. I politely informed him that I simply do not have the packing materials (box size, etc) to meet his request, that it would need to remain priority as stated in the listing. Buyer went ahead and purchased. Then I received a message saying to please use a non-priority method to save cost. Sigh. Long story short I'm now scrambling for...

This isn't the first time. PayPal is holding payment for an item I sold for up to 21 days. The buyer received the item more than a week ago. I politely asked the buyer to leave feedback so that PayPal would release the payment hold. Even though the buyer confirmed receipt of the item in good condition, the buyer has still not left feedback. The UPS tracking number was entered for that item at both PayPal and eBay.
