It is very important that all sellers with non-paying bidders file unpaid item disputes if payment is not received from buyers. Since negative feedback can no longer be left for buyers who do not pay to warn other sellers, filing an unpaid item dispute has become more import than ever. Filing a dispute and then closing it eight days later will give the buyer a strike towards suspension and is the only way sellers have to protect each other from bad buyers. I won a bunch of items yesterday and now the sellers are trying to cancel the transaction and give me a refund. I however want to proceed with the transaction(s). It's unbelievable that not a single item has been shipped yet. Almost all the tracking numbers do not show details anymore. Should I be worried? Hey Griff, maybe you could pass this on to the right people for me. I have a big request for Ebay. Could the condition "Broken Item" be placed in the conditions menu for narrowing down searches? I'm trying to browse flat screen TVs in the "Used" catagory. Normaly I score great deals with the used LCD monitors, but unfortunatly in the used TV catagory, all there seems to be is broken items. Well... party time is coming. Does anyone have any favorite drink recipes? Here is one I got from a party caterer. OK, here is the story, For 8 years I have sold many similar items a week, and for the first time I shipped the wrong items to 2 buyers. I told them to please return the items to me and I would pay all return postage for the return. One buyer returned the item very quickly, and the other WHO HAS THE ITEM OF THE BUYER WHO RETURNED HIS, has refused to answer my e mails. A buyer just left me positive feedback and for the message said it was a "good deal A, although paid immediately doesn't leave feeback until buyer does F" he made my communication dsr go from 4.8 to 4.6 as well. I dont think he realizes that most sellers wait to give feedback after the buyers does for protection.

I have a messy transaction. I listed a product and in the listing I said "PayPal only" On 11/17, the buyer asks if I would do local pick up. I said no, the listing was updated automatically. On 11/21, the buyer bids and wins. On 11/22, the buyer asks to do local pick up and pay with cash. I said no. The buyer does me a favor and pays with paypal and says he will leave negative feedback.
