I can't figure out how to put my items into inventory and when I tried to relist - these items under free listing - well they aren't free after all.

We can edit payment reminder before , but now, SM will only send it after 48 hours,I do not think it's long enough to send reminder, most of my customer are still shopping, I need to answer a lot of questions now about this reminder. Will SM make some changes , after all we are users, it's not conveniences at all now.

PLEASE ADD YOUR SIGNATURE AND ASK OTHER SELLERS TO DO THE SAME. HOW MANY OF US EVER LEFT NEGATIVE FEEDBACK OR WROTE A BAD REVIEW ON A RESTAURANT WE NEVER ATE AT. I am a new seller. I sold a dollhouse with miniature furniture. The seller contacted me very rudely and said she expected a dollhouse the kids could use Barbies in and now she is slamming me with negative feedback saying that she received the wrong item. I offered to follow my listed refund policy.....buyer pays shipping and I refund her purchase price and she is demanding the shipping both ways refunded? Any Advice? If the ebay site is not working, you can not seach for anything. I have items listed and people like to bid when things are ending. Does ebay refund your listing fees when there is a problem on their end? Thanks

HI I AM A NEW SELLER I SOLD A USED DOONEY & BOURKE PURSE, ALL WEATHER. I PAID OVER $100 JUST A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO. I PRACTICALLY GAVE IT AWAY FOR $35.00 INCLUDING SHIPPING. NO SCRATCHES OR MARKS. We recently started using the option of listing shoes where we have multiple sizes of the same brand/style. We like the easier and more cost effective process on having one listing put together and then have the size options listed. However, we have a lot questions from prospective buyers about "what size is this shoe" or "what sizes to have available" We now include in these listing the following information: "To see available sizes, go to the gray shaded are in the listing and next...

At the beginning of September, I sold an item: Exotic Wedding Necklace and Earring Set from India (#290341875024) The buyer sent several emails before, during and after the sale. They even called my cell phone to complain. I shipped the item packed neatly, in separate small bags inside a larger jewelry style box. It was sent priority mail FREE shipping. I placed a topic about this guy earlier. This guy buys a pair of glasses for 4.45 and 3.95 shipping costs, now he wants back 2.84 because it only cost me 1.11 to ship the item, and I see shipping costs to be more than just shipping this is plurl more than 1 cost and he is wrong and 3.95 is not out of line. Does anyone out there or at ebay help understand how the inventory function works, i cant seem to figure it out. when i sell out of something, then add inventory, i need to relist the item, but what about when i have four, sell two, and want to add inventory, how do i do that without relisting the item with a new listing? i am confused. also would like to integrate with qb so i dont have to keep track of two inventories, i have 2000 intems, thanks all.

I have been trying to cancel my sellers account as I do not use it. Ebay charges me 50 a month, and I want that billing to stop. I prefer not to fully cancel this ebay account as I tend to use them in spurts, but ebay has certainly made it difficult to cancel. My last 3-4 "contact us" emails on this topic went without any response. Any suggestions? Thanks!
