I have a lot of items on eBay and the listings are also in Turbo Lister but I can't figure out how to get them to Selling Manager Pro. There is a menu option in TL to send items to SMP but it's greyed out and unavailable. Any ideas? Sencond question, does SMP have any custom templates available that are free? Thanks for your help.

I signed up for the premium store a few days ago. I had a basic store before and Selling Manager. I am not sure if I have Selling Manager Pro or not now. How can you tell? Premium is supposed to include SMP. Thanks in advance for your replies.

It seems every time they announce major new changes, all of the stuff that used to work starts going haywire. First the STARTING PRICE column in sold and archived went blank. Then, the LISTINGS WITH OFFERS view show there are offers, but doesn't list any items. Now the SALE DATE column in Archived view has no values. This is a warning/concern for anyone thinking of using Paymate: On 1/21/10, I called Paymate's customer service line, only to be directed to an answering machine after waiting on hold for several minutes. This upset me, because I had just opened a Paymate account, giving them my social security number, my checking number, and a credit card- and they don't even have a person to answer their phones after the client has been on hold. Listing Activity screen the Listings with offers shows two listings with offers. Click on the link and the screen comes up that there are no listings with offers. There is an email about one that came in this morning. The second one MAY be for one that I counter-offered on days ago. Quality goes in before the name goes on! OOPS. Live Chat tells me that this was reported Friday, 5 February. Unknown time till resolved.

If you use SMP , your buyers are NOT receiving e-mails when you mark the item as "Shipped" or enter a Tracking number, not even when you use Paypal to print labels, SMP is not sending them shipping notifications. This problem started back in October and still is unsolved. Every month I get my subscription fee back after requesting it and proving it to a SMP support chat agent. If you look under "Paid and Shipped", you'll see the number of e-mails was sent to the buyer during the transaction...

How many sellers experienced this already. Ebay says they will remove negative feedback due to the customer wanting something out side of the auction terms and threatening negative feedback if us sellers don't make that happen for them. So much for negative feedback being removed, We followed eBay and paypal rules. A customer threatened us with negative feedback because she wanted us to send an item for free, yes for free out side of the auction terms. Talk about extortion what a prime example....

I have been a top seller 3 times but every time I lose my power seller rating I also lose my top seller but I have seen many top sellers that are not power sellers but ebay tells me that you have to be a power seller to keep your top rated seller, how are they keeping there topseller ribbon if they are not power sellers I think this is wrong that if you are a reputable, honest, and fair seller that bidders should be informed of that even if you are not a power seller there are alot of less than...

I list about 700-800 listings I am trying to reduce my fees I want to take down all my summer stuff in winter and my winter stuff in summer How long do listings stay in my summary ? I have opted for the column showing the start price on auction items to appear in my SOLD LISTINGS VIEW in SMP. It was working just fine, but now I just get a dotted line. BEWARE of selling with $0.00 insertion fee. They charge 8.75% of the final sales price, or $20, whichever is less, as opposed to the normal final value fee of 8.75% of first $25, 3.5% of next $975, and 1.5% or remainder . For low value sales (under $40) and high value sales (over $530), this may save you money. However, for a sale of $230, this can cost you an extra $9.75. If you use automation rules to help manage your listings, be careful of the Relist Once if Not Sold option. I used it on dozens of listings around the holidays. Turned out it didn't list the item only once, it continued to list them continually until I ended the listing or it sold. I guess since the relisted item has the same Automation Rule as the original it keeps Relisting Once. I had to remove all the automation rules for those listings so the relisting will stop. Can anyone tell me if they are having the same problem. When I select a sold item then click print..then click BACK-next to the continue button-my check marks are gone. Then I have to check all the sold items again to print labels..try to click the BACK button again and NO CHECKS-so I have to check them all again to mark them paid and shipped. It use to work fine-Ive done it this way for years..but now its a lot of duplicated work. This is NOT the browser back button-though it dies the same...

Ebay have change the negative feedback policy for buyers, sellers are not able to leave negative feedback. The seller will be unprotected from bad buyers if this policy is not rectified. There are more check and balance for sellers that are for buyers. If ebay is trying to attrack buyers to ebay by changing providing the policy that the buyer will NEVER get a negative feedback, then Ebay should provide a buyers reports process to the sellers. It seems that we are getting more irritating, demanding, rude and abnoxious customers. Customers that demand more than they purchased, forget that we have a two day turnaround time, or think calling us 15 times a day for no real reason is standard. Many are newer ebayers with 10-100 feedback scores. Any of you finding this to be true as well?

lots of bugs, but what is better??? 2 times in the last few days I have emailed customers payment reminders, as it shows not paid in SMP. well both immediately mail me back. - I paid Immediately with PayPAL. If a Buyer uses PayPal to purchase an item, eBay's Selling Manager Pro will NOT accurately track/manage your items. i.e. it looks great... but DO NOT RELY on the information given. It can and will be incorrect, from inventory, to sent emails, to paypal integration... ect, ect ect...

I am trying to upload a new CSV file and eBay kept telling me that the same file had been uploaded within 24 hours. After I submit the same file again, I got a "server not found" error on URL Link The same problem happened before and it went away after short period of time... Now it has been like this all morning.

Hi, I use turbo lister on just about all my listings now but I dont see a visitor count option, also when I go into my traffic report it HAS to be wrong as I have more stuff I have sold the last few weeks than the prior weeks but my traffic report shows less than 10 people a day compared to the 150+ I was getting last month, what gives? 1. I went to download my report for the month only to find it only show sales now and not the listing fees charged as line items? When did this change - did I miss something here? This is pretty inconvenient since I need to know the numbers of unsold listings for consignment purposes. I know it is on the eBay invoice but I pay for this service and now I am not getting what I paid for? Anyone from eBay like to comment on this?

This is unacceptable that item specifics item condition I am still having to add and revise because they disappeared. We are an honest seller and work hard. SMP has inventory. TurboLister has inventory. Apparently, they are not the same, since when synchronizing the data is not updated in either one. What is the difference between them and why aren't they the same? Thanks eBay for not including any sort of adequate documentation.

Ok i would like to hear from someone at ebay about this two weeks ago i got a email from the ebay secret shopper LLC The email was fron a gu Tim.daniels@ebay.org Where they would pay up to 200.00 per duty to be a secert shopper. they ask for name, address phone, and email. I answered it and about 5 days later i got 2 money orders in the mail i was to secret shop two branchs of my bank. My relisting automation rules aren't working they are set to relist whether or not the items sell. My item are all in inventory in SMP they were however originally listed via Channel Advisor, but I can't imagine that would matter. But, either way they simply aren't relisting? Please help!

i have used smp for several years now. it is constantly frustrating me because it does not keep the 'available to list' (backstock) number accurately. i mean it is way, way off on many of my templates. i have the automation rules set to keep one item out at all times and to stop putting things out when inventory level equals zero. the first problem with that is i lost a lot of sales during 4th quarter when it did not put things out because it thought i had zero when i really had several on...

I am confused as to multiple item quantities (fixed price items) and using the auto-relist to store function. Lets say I have 3 in stock, when I use the relist to store function, will it keep the 3 quantity if none sell or do I need to change it here: If they do not sell, move my items to my store using these settings. I am managing my inventory through SMP by updating through CSV uploads to modify inventory counts. I have automation rules set to keep a fixed number of listings active until inventory count is below a specific number. If I change the inventory count via csv upload to a number greater than my minimum + the number of items in the template, will SMP automatically fire off the suspended listing for me or do I have to manually "re-enable" the listing that was shut down previously due to a low stock...

I have been around for a few years,I have always considered my a safe,reliable,honest seller. 1; I'm a bit tired of the fact that I can not leave negative feed back for dead beat buyers or bidders. 2; I have had it with buyers who do not read or check tracking numbers to see when a package has been shipped,thus leaving a poor shipping rating;that brings down my dashboard numbers. and its not fair!..now I cant say a darn thing about a buyer who takes days to pay,however that very same buyer...

Hi I started my 30 days trial on Nov 28. I checked my invoice for December 15th and I saw that I have been charged for selling manager pro. This line apeears in my invoice under selling manager pro: Savings of -$6.19 included (from Dec 16 - Jan 15) Does it mean that I will be refunded for this payment in my next invoice?

I am a power seller that has had their ribbon for best seller taken away. This is because my customers have given less than the required stars on DSL. The bad part of this is that it is in the shipping cost section... and I ship everything FREE.... with no handling costs...and have for years. So .. what do the Ebay sellers think of the system? It is unfair... and needs to be taken away or revised. You can not police the world... and you can not police your sellers when it is unfair....

This is getting really old, really fast now. Every time I try to relist more than 1 at a time, from Unsold, it throws my international shipping settings aways! They are simply not there.
