I simply need a service, ANY service, that will relist my Buy It Now items as soon as they sell. I can't be at my computer 24/7 and I don't want to overlist or underlist a number of items. This seems like such a basic feature to have yet I have been looking for months and still have yet to find the answer. Does anyone know of any service that provides this?

Hi! Does anyone know if you include insurance cost in "actual shipping cost" in the Sales Status and Memo box or do you just list shipping without insurance cost. I want my monthly reporting amounts to be accurate! Thanks, Megan

Is there any way to change the layout of the invoice/packing slip? We want to be able to put a logo or our return address or something above the "Ship to:" address. I would appreciate any help! Thanks!

I have rec'd the following notice when trying to list items with SMPro. I will list an auction and Store item at the same time and the store item is unable to be listed. It says to fix listing and try again. Anyone else having this problem? We were unable to process your request. We are sorry, but we were unable to process your request. I am new to SM Pro. I used the post auction email to notify my buyers. It worked great, a real time saver or so I thought. The problem is, it added Sales Tax to all my totals, not just those from my state. Since the program knows every buyers zip code, shouldn't it add sales tax only to those auctions that require it? I want to use this function, but it doesn't save any time if I have to check every buyer to see where they live and then customize every email. Any help would be appreciated....

I have just installed SMP and it seems I will have alot of work to convert the unsold/active items to Product Inventory. I am sure I am doing something wrong. But isnt there a way to take the unsold items and take them to a template and list the template to start using the inventory function? I tried to relist the unsold, it asks to save and submit, the item went into product inventory, but it did not show that I had any quantuty Active in SMP. Very frustrating!!!

I have had this happen on several occasions where I am manually relisting unsold items. I go to the Unsold Items tab, find the item I want to relist, click on Relist, make appropriate changes to my listing, then relist the item. I generally manually relist 5 or 10 items in this fashion at time. One right after another. When I complete this I verify they have been actually relisted in either the Pending or Active tabs. When I go back and check the Unsold Listings tab again after refreshing...

While listing earlier this evening, eBay oopsied and gave me an error message. I couldn't complete the listing I was on. I hit my back button and tried again, and got the error message again. On the third try it worked, but then I had 3 of the same item listed! I ended 2 early, but do I still get charged those insertion fees? Thanks in advance!

I am sending Feedback in bulk and my Error Notification is saying they were not sent.... Tried to redo for 2 days now....and message is still showing. Anybody else? Also, item #'s that I have sold and have been paid for are not showing up at all in seller's Pro. I have to go to Basic to find the item.

Hello, i am getting used to Selling manager pro and find it incredibly helpful. i like the active auctions to have 3 stats. I wish that it would have 3 choices to check out. 1.listings closing within next hour - works great 2. closing today - also works great 3. closing tommorrow - THIS IS MY WISH LIST I would like to thank the programmers on this feature for their work. I accept to try the selling manager pro for 30 days and so far it's a waste. A lot of the times it won't update and show that someone has paid and this is suppose to be easier? Today someone said they have paid on the 7th and was wondering where their items were. Well if selling manager actually showed that they paid this wouldn't of happened. Is this going to be fixed before I decide to pay $15.00 a month????

I really like using Turbo Lister for my listings and we recently upgraded to SM Pro, a program we think will REALLY help us keep things straight. Here's my first question: if I upload everything to eBay from Turbo Lister, will it automatically add the inventory items to SM Pro or will I have to go back and manually add them?
