I am selling this: Link ...and so far the only messages I've gotten are from an Australian and a German asking if I'll ship to them and that they'll pay the extra shipping. I recently purchased some plates (which were listed separately but offered combined shipping) from a seller using "make an offer." The seller accepted my offer, but after reminding him of his combined shipping offer, only amended his $72 shipping charge (for six plates) by $30. Last week I discovered that some of my images have been stolen by another ebay user and they are selling them in the same format as I am - giclee prints. If you are buying land in Arizona, I suggest you carefully check the feedback of your prospective seller. Has anyone else had problems with UPS shipping?? I have a question. I keep running across cars listed in eBay motors that are being sold by accounts with a feedback score of only 2 or 3. It turns out that the seller is a car dealer. On 11/16 someone located in Brazil with a zero rating and zero feedback bought all 8 dolls I had listed as BIN. I sent an invoice with shipment to Brazil. 11/17- she writes back that she has a Florida address, so can I calculate shipping there, and also can I send my email paypal, so she can pay that way. I just saw a seller list 4 auctions whereby text from my listing was copied. It's obvious - same color, font, alignment. Even the title is word-for-word copied. So, the policy says to report your earliest known listing that was copied. Well I used one from about 3 months ago because I could still view it and verify it, but I know my earlier ones had it also. I bought a 4gb flash drive this morning as a BIN with free shipping. The seller just contacted me with a request to cancel the purchase, as he had listed it with the wrong price. Yeah, the price on the drive went down by $2 in his new auction (he claims he has 10+), but the shipping went up to $8! I purchased a zune mp3 player November 10th. The money was taken out of my account and I was charged but I have yet to recieve the product. I'm really starting to think I got scammed. I messaged the seller twice and have yet to recieve a response. I also opened a claim with ebay and am currently awaiting a response. If a buyer claims damage, and tells you he wants a partial refund, or he will leave negative feedback, is that extortion or manipulation? What if he refuses to return the item when you offer a full refund? If he is happy with 3 items, but dissatisfied with a fourth, is it extortion or manipulation of he leaves negatives for all 4, buts states he will remove them for $5.00. I had a buyer do this to me, and T&S say it's too bad on my part.

Hi, I'm concerned this morning. I've had to create a new password because eBay says my account (not this one but another) was compromised some way in its security. I never answer Phishing emails or go to dummy (fake) eBay or paypal web sites. Any idea why this happened or if theres some fraud-trend related to this. Thing is that i bought an ipod touch and never have received it. Seller supposedly shipped the item using usps first class mail and refuses to give me any detail about the shipping. I don't know if he/she insured it or not. In addition, no tracking number was provided. I'm very disappointed since my case has been awaiting decision for four days until now.

I sold a 18k solid gold wide band ring for 129.00. He received it yesterday and emailed me he was sending back today not as described. He said it was to light weight. I bought this 'authentic burberry watch' from shopforsafe626 with '100% guarantee satisfaction'. I sent sweater to the paypal provided address of buyer. The sweater was returned to me Tuesday with a yellow Return To Sender label with a different name and address as buyer but same city. Now buyer wants me to re-ship or refund her money. I told her I would refund her winning bid price but did not think that I should refund the shipping price. Who is right. In all this time have never had anyone claim not to have received my lots, this morning I got two messages asking where their stuff was, both mailed their lots around 10-30. After buying over $1,000 of fake Abercrombie and Fitch Fierce Cologne, I felt I should post pictures and describe the fake vs. real bottles. The links below show all of the differences I could spot. If you have received a fake one, I recommend filing a dispute immediately and reporting the seller to eBay. Most people don't realize the difference between real and fake so hopefully by posting this I will be preventing at least a few people from getting ripped off by the scumbags that sell this...

What I don't understand is what right is given to sellers to list USED items (bags, let's say) and pass them off as NWOT. Unless you are missing a few cells, your buyer will REALIZE the bag is not new and in "perfect", "mint", "flawless" condition when they receive it. That's why they ask you those really annoying questions and ask for additional questions which make you so upset. I contacted him to see if he was ill or in hospital or did not want item any more and he said he was having credit problems and was sorry for the "inconvients"!
