I thought maybe a milk pail, or sap bucket, but it just really does not match the pictures I have seen of either. I thought maybe a kids sand bucket, but why the measurement lines? It is appr. 6 3/8 inches tall and 8 1/4 inches in diameter. Not sure if this is the original paint or if the fruit and floral designs are original either. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance! Peg & Loli

Hi. I've recently come across a set of 4 stemmed glasses. They were made in France in 1961 and have the family crest of Prince Hubert de Polignac on them. The box they came in has "Envoi du Cognac Prince Hubert de Polignac" on the label. I've "Googled" this like crazy, but can only find info on the cognac and decanters, not the glasses. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello fellow ebayers. I am asking for your help in identifying a wonderful old cast enamel dutch oven. It is red in color with white on the inside and has white on top of the handles. The bottom is marked +GF+ with a number 20 below that. The bake-a-lite knob on top of the lid is also marked +GF+. The underside of the lid is marked with the number 20. Measurements of the pot are: 10 1/4" in diameter. Handle to Handle is 13 1/2". The heigth is 4 1/2" without the lid. I have searched for...

Here we go again! Alright, so, my grandmother has this vintage cupboard. Strictly for entertainment value , I will include it's background story. Apparently, Al Capone had several "hangouts" in the St. Joseph, MI area. These houses were owned by others, but were used by Al and his gang when they were in the area. After his death the houses functioned as rental properties. Apparently one of the tenants of one of these houses had a rummage sale that my grandmother attended. The interesting...

Hi Everyone! I collect nodders with the Patent T.T. mark on them. I have over 100 sets. Most I've found are either ashtrays or salt & pepper shakers. I haven't been able to find out much about the company that made these items. Does anyone know anything about them? I know they were made in Japan. Sometimes they have an Occupied Japan mark on them. Some have a "G Nov Co" sticker on them. (Novelty company?). I've seen some that say "Empress" and "Betson's hand painted" on them. I'm...
