Amsterdam Edition (not the Havell Edition).
Link The plate size should measure 24 1/2 x 19 7/8 inches and overal measurement is 26 3/4 x 39 7/8 inches (approx).
If this were an authentic hand colored Havel, the paper would be watermarked with J Whatman and would be plate 97. To look for a watermark, hold it up to the light. Also, compare the plate size and overall size to this one:
