Link From there you have to submit a line or two about why you want to join. Before tomorrow one of the moderators should email you back with a link that will get you in. It sounds complicated but isn't.
Mags can get you a link to her old group, too. There's nothing much going on there, but there are lots of inspirational and informative posts, some with links to things like calorie calculators.
What I've done is started a notebook, a *new* Trapper Keeper with the dividers. When somebody on either group posts something I want to remember, I copy it to a file and print it out. That way I've got no excuses. Exercises, recipes, little essays about being fat or being thin.... they are all right there, for instant inspiration. Since the middle of February, I've lost 7 pounds. Previously, I lost 7 pounds in a whole year. That's the difference between saying and doing.
