The other two items are open frame relays.
The one on the left of the first photo looks like a single pole single throw relay.
The middle one is as stated an octal base relay. The markings on the top or side of the clear cover should show a manufacturer, contact pinout and ratings.
The one on the right is a single pole double throw relay. Sometimes used in appliances, pinball machines, vending machines, and so on.
Unless there is a marking on the open frame relay or coils you will have to determine the voltage the coil is rated and if it is for AC or DC. Have you tried to search the markings using a search engine?
