I went thru the steps to join Bucks and thought all was well.
I won and paid for a $375 purchase.
I look back at my ebay today and NO bucks because it isn't even showing me as part of the program!!!
How does this get fixed? I want those earned bucks!

I have a problem with a refund. The Bucks log shows it as credited back, but that's not reflected in the balance. The refund happened a few days after the end of the previous period. Reading in the forum I see the validity is extended, which hasn't happened here (assuming that's the problem).
I think a better approach for refunds would be the ask the user whether to make the credit available immediately, or add it to the next cycle.

Hello Frank,
I made a purchase on 10/09/2011 using my Ebay bucks. I haven't received it, so I started a paypal claim. Paypal refunded my Ebay bucks back to Ebay on 11/22/2011. The eBay Bucks certificate was credited, but the expiration date wasn't extended.

Thank you for reaching out; we have an issue indeed at the moment with recent transactions that were partially or entirely paid for with eBay Bucks from the October certificates and then returned or refunded in November.

Hi, ebay is nolonger a buyers protection company. it is nolonger safe for buyers. just like ebay bucks its just a scam. everything ebay has been doing are diffrent ebay scams. they are taking unfair advantages in business to make them more profitable in a crinmal way. they are surfing the gray area to make profit. like ebay protection. they no longer protect the buyer. i never recived my item and they refused to do anything about the situation. they wouldnt give me a refund. and ebay is nolonger a safe place for online trade. im getting my masters in marketing and now seeing all the wrong ebay is doing to its consumers.

I made a purchase on double buck days March 29, 2012, I only got the 2% not the 4%. I would like to buy more, but the items I am looking at only show 2%. It usually states buy within the next ____ hours and you will receive____ in bonus bucks. Thanks for your help.

Same problem -- I called them hours ago and still no change to any listings. I had made three purchases and those still only show the 2%. I have a whole stack of items I've bid on and plan to pay for today (3/29) -- not much incentive if this doesn't get resolved soon!

Well, it is now 11 AM on March 30th, and I still never got the 4% ebay bucks for the 5 items I bought on the 29th. I called ebay on the 29th at 6AM PST right after I bought the items, and was told it would be fixed within 24 hours.
When will I get my double bucks?

I just purchased flowers from pro flowers and never received my ebaybucks. It has been several days. I have ordered from pro flowers before and received my eBay bucks pretty quickly for mother's day. So weird. It old not have purchased from them had I known I would not receive it!
