how do i find sellers that not require paypal confirmed address?

I'm pretty sure there's no way to filter them out, but Seller's can ship to an unconfirmed address now as long as it says they're protected and "ok to ship", so I don't think many are putting that they can only ship to paypal confirmed address anymore. My ship address shows confirmed in my paypal acct, but on packing slips it says unconfirmed ?:| and I haven't had any questions about it from sellers since they're still covered under seller protection.

Paypal NO longer requires a "confirmed address".

Many sellers still do not realize this and still have "confirmed address required " in their auctions.:_|

Paypal requires a seller ship only to the address on the Paypal transaction details page, if they want to be protected by Paypal's seller protection for Non delivery and "unauthorized use".

Ignore the "Paypal confirmed address required" and if a seller refuses to ship/sell then tell them to go to the Paypal Seller's Protection requirements page and update their policy knowledge.

Just to clarify "Paypal requires a seller ship only to the address on the Paypal transaction details page, if they want to be protected by Paypal's seller protection for Non delivery and "unauthorized use"."

This is meant for the address question only. There are other requirements a seller must follow for non del and "unauthorized use" protection. None of which, require anything on the buyer's part.

Many sellers still do not realize this and still have "confirmed address required " in their auctions.

I have it in my listings. The reason I have it in there is that some buyers will pay and will either eBay message or leave a "Note" in the Paypal box, or send an email asking me to send it to a different address. If the seller doesn't send it to the address that shows as the SHIP TO address, they are not protected (because the Delivery Confirmation will not show that it was delivered to the SHIP TO address).

I'm glad that Paypal allows buyers to add gift addresses or work addresses now, but the buyer needs to have that as the SHIP TO address, not just ask the seller to ship to a different address. As long as the address is on the Paypal transaction page, I consider it a confirmed address; if not, it is unconfirmed.

Honestly, it makes a seller look and sound uninformed. There are much better ways to handle this.

Example: All shipments will be sent to the address shown on the Paypal Transaction Details Page (as required by Paypal).

If a buyer wishes to ship to an alternate address, it must be added to your Paypal acct prior to bidding.

Gift/Alternate addresses posted in the Note to Seller on the payment page will not be used.

Perhaps. While I have no problem with your example, it is a little more pedantic and bossy than I like to appear in my listings.

Much of the information in my TOS section is more about giving the buyer additional information rather than setting a bunch of rules and laying down the law. That is simply my preference and it has served me well during my years on eBay.

what about my situation.... i have a paypal account in dominican republic, so, the billing address on my credit card is in dominican republic, but, i have a private forwarding company address in miami, so in my ebay account i have this second address.... thats look like a confirmed address to you sellers?

I ask because most sellers write "U.S. Paypal Confirmed Address Only" and this is a bit confusing to me and many other Latin Americans who buy throught ebay, because you can only confirm the address in the U.S. if you have a paypal account in United States, which is impossible if you do not live in US.

PD: when i make my purcharsed, in the paypal transaction details my address appears like "Confirmed"... so, that is a US confirmed address to you?

If the forwarding company's address shows as confirmed in your PayPal account, it will show confirmed to the seller.
