You should not be communicating with the seller utside the Paypal dispute console. She is clearly trying to get your to cancel the dispute.

Do NOT.
Just escalate the dispute to a claim, since she has respnded to the dispute. You must do so or Paypal will auto close the dispute 20 days after your file.
At this point Paypal will require her to prove with D/C the items have been delivered.
If she can't then you will be refunded.
If the jeans do arrive , later then just repay the seller.
Her personal issues did not prevent her from accepting your money, listing additional items and frankly are not your problem.
