!!!!!!!Seller CLosed Account!!!!!!

I need help...I just purchased my first item from a new seller. I won the item (finally) and paid for the item with Paypal I checked my ebay e-mail and got news that the items were canceled and it turns out the seller closed his account. Am I going to receive my item? what should I do or what can I do?????

The seller can't close his account, not that fast anyway.
Immediately file a dispute with paypal to get your money back.

File an item not received complaint through Paypal now! Your seller didn't close his account. The item was removed and the seller was NARU'd by eBay. NARU=not a registered user.

Agreed, the seller was suspended. File the INR and escalate stating the seller is NARU. You will get your refund.

Sellers cannot close their accounts within 120 days of having auctions end.

Your seller is likely a scammer and was booted.

File with PayPal.

I once had the same issue. I immediately complained to paypal. Luckily the seller had not taken the money yet, so I got my money back

i have had the exact same experience with a seller. i filed my claim with paypal but luckily for me even though the seller was going through security issues with ebay they still mailed my item and provided me with correct tracking info. WONDERFUL!! file the claim and hopefully you are dealing with a seller as honest as mine was. hopefully they can work it out. they had great items with even greater prices. good luck and God bless

Deana, If you payed with a credit card, thru paypal, you can do a chargeback via the credit card issuer. How long has it been since the item ended and your response from the seller?

A seller closing his account isn't justification to file a dispute or a claim. Closing an account doesn't mean you are a crook. It may mean you are smart *laughs A seller not shipping after you paid is a good reason to file a claim. If you do not receive your item and you have no way of communicating with the seller file a dispute and then a claim.
