First Blackberry for Not too "Tech-Savvy" Business Owner? Help me Choose!

I need to purchase a phone for a business owner who is not that "tech savvy"...I know that he has kind of gotten used to his touch screen (LG Rumor Touch), but this phone is not producing what he needs. Based on my research he needs a Blackberry. I like that they have physical keyboards, but are formatted for quick emails and business apps (which he needs). So, these are the requirements:

 1. It needs to be unlocked for GSM carriers or for TMobile in particular.

2. Touch Screen

3. Physical Qwerty keyboard or great Virtual keyboard. (I heard that the earlier Blackberry touch screens were not that great.

This is what I found so far:

1. BB Torch 9800

2. BB Bold 9780

3.BB Torch 9860

4.BB Curve 8320 (I like the pale gold color ;)  )

So...what do you think...any suggestions...comments?
