I just purchased a phone that was listed as NO CONTRACT and when I tried to activate it I was told the phone is linked to a contract.  I am so furious - DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM thebluedot.net.  They are obviously a bunch of liars.

The item says:

This phone is guaranteed to activate with the following carrier(s): Sprint.

Now if they cannot fix it at no cost to you, do a snad complaint to get refunded....

The seller also had 18 negs in the last 30 days, that is not good....

I am sorry you are having an issue with the device. We check all phones ESN numebrs prior to shipping them out our door. Also - all phones must pass our 8 x point inspection by one of our trained technicians here in our warehouse.

We recently brought on 5 x new people on our team and are working very hard to get them up to speed. Trying to get everyone trained - we have received several negative feedbacks in the last 30 days.

We would not lie to a customer to win over a sale. We work very closely with our customers to resolve any issues at all. Please give us the opportunity to fix any issues you may be having while we get our new team in gear.

I am sorry you had an issue with the phone. We can work towards getting that resolved for you. Have you sent an email to our support team? I can also personally look into the issue for you and have our support team reach out to you by phone.
