Ebay "bank payout fee"

So I linked my card to the same bank account I have for payouts normally thinking I would get my payouts in 30 minutes after the money was sent, I got my money 2 days after it was sent and they charged me a "bank payout fee" still. how is this right?

How come the very negative feedback I posted on oliver9385 never showed up on them, if this is a regular practice then this may be why they look like stellar sellers instead of what they were with me.

The buyer completely ripped me off and Ebay did nothing to help me

I sold a clock on ebay and the buyer gutted it and sent back a different clock. I tried to contact ebay for help but nothing was done for me and ebay is refunding the buyer the money. I no longer trust selling on ebay.
