Can anyone identify this pez dispenser character?

Nov 6, 2009 6:13 PM
I don't have a clue...he has two antennas on his head that lean forward like a bug. His neck tips back to load candy. I looked at a lot of the listed ones, and most of them say 'no feet'. This guy has feet--or at least a stand on the bottom so he can stand upright. Does that make him more desirable? He looks like a vampire/professor/bug to me...any clues are appreciated! Thanks.

Early Pez Dispensers had no feet and are some of the most desired. I think the feet came in sometime in the early 80's, can't remember exactly when right off hand.?:|

Since then I think most if not all Pez dispensers have feet, except for the semi-truck.

I searched completed listings for Adam and found none but I did find all 4 characters together from the Bee Movie, including Adam and they did not sell for $4.99

Click here to take a look if you like.

I was a little off with the date. They started putting feet on Pez in 1987.;)

I found it here:

Thanks for your help. Count on me to find a worthless Pez dispenser! Oh well, I pulled it out of the garbage at the thrift, so nothing lost! (Not as gross as it sounds, everyone looks at what's on the top of the dumpster there, I've found some great stuff too.). Thanks again.

You're welcome.:)

I save all the Pez dispensers that aren't worth listing on ebay and I sell them at the flea market for $1 each pretty rapidly, even the newest ones. You might also try saving them up and selling them in a big "lot" on ebay. Either way it beats tossing it out in the trash.;)
