New to boards, need some help...what is this?

Hi there, I found this, I am guessing its porcelain, tile and was wondering if anyone had any information on it. I would appreciate it so much if anyone does that way I can know what it may be worth, to see if I want to sell it or not. Thanks in advance.

Nothing written on the back, it looks like someone "fused" cork board to the actual frame.

I dont have it in my possession, a friend does, but I would guess about 11 inches long and 4 inches wide.
