Hello, I am sorry to report a problem and request help. I placed an order for a custom made item. The seller indicated on the site that the item will take aprox. three weeks to make. After purchase the seller, through email, informed me that orders were a little behind. I was in no real hurry, but did tell the seller that I wanted it for Fall use. The item was ordered the first week of August. Move to the end of September. No contact, so I sent several emails via ebay and personal- still no response. Feedback now shows (lnow at ess than 88%) that I am one of many who experienced this problem. Buyer pays, no delivery, no contact, buyer has to pursue refund. Because I waited more than 45 days, giving the seller the benefit of the doubt, I was not able to post any feedback. The kind of work I do requires custom made pieces. Does anyone have any advice on how to protect myself the next time. I like to believe that if a person who makes custom items for sale and says they are behind, that they honestly are. However, I just lost $71.00 I really can not afford to loose. I am trying to get it back through pay pal.
