EBAY is a joke. I gave them a 2nd chance after leaving them before and giving up my power seller status cause they have such issues its ridiculous. This is why I DO NOT use Ebay. I tried them again and of course...not even 2 mos into it again that they have such issues. Always want $ but can never help you. I HIGHLY recommend other sites. Plus they dont have an escalations to where you can talk to someone in corporate. All you get are foreign ppl answering your calls thru the cust service (yea right) line, and most of the time i know more than they do. WHAT A JOKE!!!! All they want is your money they dont ever want to help, its a waste of time contacting them. I did a listing for sale for item, BOUGHT EVERYTHING they could offer, and I mean everything for my listing. I wanted to ad the zoom, NOT their joke of a "click to enlarge" and wanted to pay for it also extra, after the posting. They wouldnt let me nor help me and then told me to cancel the bids on my item and then AFTER ME DOING THAT, said...oh well if you want the zoom now u have to cancel the whole listing and redo...meaning giving them more $ for no reason.....oh by the way the joke of a rep ( happen to be a STUPID floor supervisor probably a the lunchroom supervisor). Said there is nothing they can do... nor refund me the money nor re-edit it from there end and that was AFTER THE FACT after i cancelled all the bids out cause he told me too... EBAY SUCKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
