Any company that outsource's their customer service calls to another country obviously don't care about its Community of clients.. I cannot understand anyone they transfer me too. EBAY customer service is terrible.

  How is someone going to help you when they cannot speak to you properly.

Ebay is to buy and sell things right. Why cannot i sell things over a certain price.. Terrible. Limits

i guess im supposed to sell 500$ worth of stuff before i can sell my car. i dont need to sell anything else just my car. i never sell on here. why can i not sell now. ive over 10k worth of things but i cannot sell my p.o.s. car.

I agree... being forced to try and explain a sometimes complicated problem to someone who barely speaks your language is beyond frustrating!!!!!! I HATE calling customer service!!!!

What happened? Last year, there were all sorts of people who actually spoke the language and were more than knowledgeable about the website and its idiosyncrasies. Now, all I get is a bunch of boneheads who can't understand a single thing I am saying. RIGHT NOW, I am in the process of fighting with one. He has NO IDEA what I am talking about, and I belong to Toastmasters. I can orate with the best of them.

 

This really isn't fair.

i just wasted 2 hours of my life trying to explain to some outsourced person my problems and all they did was read off a screen and was unable to help me or even respond in a coherent sentence.  SUCH A JOKE
