Disney World Glass Mickey Figure w Soccer Ball

Hi Folks. I have a 4" glass Mickey Mouse figure with a soccer ball. The base looks like beveled crystal with a dichroic coating that changes colors as you move it, green felt on the bottom.


It's marked Walt Disney World at Mickey's feet. It was probably sold at the park, but how old is it and does it have value?

Hi,

  I have the same exact one. These are from 1998 and were purchased from the Crystal Shop at Disney Village, Lake Buena Vista. I believe it was $24.99 and was produced by arribas brothers crystals and according to them it was retired late 1999-2000. I asked because for the last 2 years i have been trying to find a second one for my son.

 

Arribas Brothers run the crystal shop at downtown disney.

mtdavila11: Thanks, I appreciate the info.  I did sell mine in April for $15. Keep a Saved Search on eBay for another one and it will turn up sooner or later, I'm sure.  Best Regards, Bill
