To post photos to the board, you need to have them uploaded to your own server (if they give you space) or a host in order to get the url (address) needed to post.
Here are some
Image Hosting Sites When you have the url, add it to the board using some HTML like this
<img src=http:// your url goes here.jpg>
Here is a sample.
