What does HM or H/M mean with Disney pins?

Can anyone tell me what the abbreviation HM or H/M mean with the Disney pins? I've just recently started looking/buying and I see that come up a lot.

Whoops...

It might also mean Hidden Mickey (of which there are many more pins) where there's a small mickey head silhouette hidden somewhere on the pin.
