Calling all Reborners of goth, horror, Krypt Kiddie type dolls!

Hello! And thanks so much for popping in:D I hope to call upon those with experience modifying dolls and ask how one might attach extra parts such as teeth, fangs and horns specifically. I am trying my hand at creating my very first reborn doll. This one will be like a "Krypt Kiddie" with an icy blue skin tone and the above mentioned fangs and horns. I would love to hear from any and all artists who have had some experience creating reborns of this caliber. I plan to sculpt the horns and teeth parts from polymer clay but I have no real concept of how to attach them permanently to the doll. The baby I am working with is a full bodied 16" vinyl Berenguer. The mouth is ever so slightly open in a coy smile. Is there another type of material I should use to create these parts or is super sculpey/fimo a good choice? I thought of also casting resin pieces instead but I wasn't sure this would be feasible or how to permanently attach them. Any thoughts are welcome and appreciated!
