URLs, Item Numbers, or Websites in Titles of Discussions Grounds for Immediate Post Removal or other action •Posting Web addresses (URLs), item numbers, or Web sites in the title of a threaded discussion. If you include an item number, web site or URL in a topic title, the topic will be removed, regardless of other content. eBay user ids or store names that appear to be URLs, containing “com”, “net”, or other language that equates to a URL, may not be used in topic titles (or in signature files), regardless of whether eBay may allow them or have “grandfathered” them as legitimate user ids. If used in topic titles, the topic will be removed. In addition, while there may be times when one wants to address a topic to the attention of a specific member, there should never be embarrassment or concern caused to any member. Please be cognizant of this when creating topics.
