Contacted Adship @ 1-888-GO-ADSHIP (1-888-462-3744). They say they have pulled the application due to user non-compliance and users not actually inserting the packing slips in the packages. Claims can still be made for the accumulated amount due by requesting funds @ email@example.com.
They will contact your buyers to verify your compliance b4 issueing any redemption. I don't know about you ... I used packing lists in approx 80-90% of shipments, but I don't like the idea of customers being contacted / bothered on my behalf by a third party. Personally, unless it is a high value or business item I have ordered, any packing slip I receive goes in the garbage with the rest of the packaging. So, I couldn't tell you which items I got a packing slip with or not. I wouldn't expect my customers to have any better recollection. In my case ... $100 gone. It was a cool concept while it lasted, but again, another good thing killed by those who take advantage. Hope that helps, T
