Any Seller feels like a slave to buyers??! Very frustrating

I have a buyer who thought because its a personal health item that there is no return, although we are the only company that issue money back guarantee for personal health item after being used, she sent me "is there any way I can return the item for a refund, I thought about asking before I leave my feedback???!!

Plus she is an idiot that she hasn't read the return policy, but assume according to her that there is no return, then asking for money that she is not entitled to or else she would leave bad feedback would count to extortion?????

I have a buyer who returned a personal health item after using it for a full refund, nothing wrong with the item but he doesn't like how it FEELS, sent the item back from England on Sept 5th, on the 17th he is bitching that he didn't get his refund. We received the order in USA on 16th of sept.

A used Personal health item, total loss,  didn't leave any feedback, we left a positive for him. and he is bitching

How much can we take that and how you experienced sellers deal with this kind of abuse??????

I hear you. There is a nut in virginia i am going to block as soon as she returns my item. She complaned the day she got it. I responded imeadiately and she didnt get back to me for a week.  I even gave her my phone number in order to expidite things. Now she wants me to pay return shipping.....i dont think so.

But cheer up! You can always insert your explination to a negative or neutral comment.

I still havee 100% so far but this lady will probably say something mean. From what I hear nobody keeps 100% forever, there are too many rats in the world.

oh have not seen your listings but if you use bullets instead of paragraghs to explain things, you will have less trouble.

dont let the nuts get you down! make peanut brittle!
