I have a buyer stating received item not as described and claims item has damages not occurring during transit/shipment.  I know my item, it was described accurately and had no damages when sent. Communications are becoming a headache and harrassing. My policy is no returns accepted, however trying to avoid negative slap on feedback. Should I open a case in resolution center and issue refund requesting item be returned. Anyone have similar experience??

Did you offered insurance? I mean is up to you if you dont mind having the bad feedback because that's what feedback is all about good customer service...I rather return the money and get the item back  but tough choice.

Kindly ask for pictures first, of both item as well as packaging. Ask that the photos be sent thru your Ebay email. Then if the buyer opens a case you have a better chance.

I have had more returns in last several weeks than ever before and I personally can not keep buying off the buyers.

If your pictures show there is no damage then stand your gorund. Ebay takes into consideration if the buyer has done this before as well as their feedback history. Not sure how this buyer ranks nor your investment but go with your gut.

My policy is no returns accepted,..

Your actual return/refund policy matches exactly what the Buyer Protection Policy states it  will be...since you have no real control over your PayPal account.
