Bogus "Buyer Protection" should be renamed "Seller Protection" - I purchased $270 Frye boots from auctionlife2000 who represented them as size 6 - they arrive, no size mark of any kind in the boots and I can only get my foot halfway in. I own other Fryes size 6 and many other boots size 6. No way this is size 6, but Ebay upholds seller - that I "decided I didn't want it" - well of course I didn't want it, it wasn't the size represented!!! I appeal the decision and Ebay never sends an email to me, just posts their response 3 days later upholding original decision. There is no way to contact them directly, no phone number, just a faceless wall. What a total crap organization Ebay has become. Just another unhappy example of how Ebay, compared with Etsy, has degenerated into a "buyer beware" slumdog flea market. I have been an avid shopper in years past. No more.
