has ebay ever favored sellers in disputes? or buyers always win?

i have a case where this ebayer used feedback extortion based on lies, and ebay favored the buyer!

i have pictures of the jeans i was selling and i have an excellent selling record, and am very honest when selling. but this unscrupulous buyer says my jeans are damaged and very worn (which is an absolute lie and i have the listing pics to prove it), and demanded 50% cash back or they will leave negative feedback.

i contacted ebay TWICE and they said "don't worry about it". then the buyer opens a case because i would not refund them based on lies or give in to their threats of negative feedback, but they opened a case and ebay concluded in their favor! EVEN WITH FEEDBACK EXTORTION! WHAT TOTAL GARBAGE!

i'm so sick of ebay....but anyway, my question to you folks is, has ebay ever favored the buyers in cases??????

NEVER!! I been called disrectful on negative feedback when I never was. In that buyers case they called me every insult possible and used extortion to get their way and didnt favor the seller at all. I heard of cases that rule against a buyer but they still get their money paid by ebay.
