neg feedback

I just got negative feedback from a buyer who NEVER paid after 13 days.  It seems that since I was upset over not being informed if she was indeed planning to pay and the fact that I cancelled the transaction, which she also didn't respond to, that I'm the "nasty" person who left a negative positive feedback lol.  Boo Hoo

Instead of sending a cancelation request next time open a "Non Paying Bidder Dispute" then close it 4 days later and they will not be able to leave feedback.

You are not the only one she has done this to. Next time don't leave negative feedback because you can get in trouble. As many of us sellers appreciate the head's up it's best to let Ebay handle this. And I do appreciate the head's up!

Karl is right however. This would have been her 3rd only looking back at last 2 pages of her feedback.

Ebay does nothing about these people? I had a person no psy recently, a few actuslly, and his feedback (LOL all 5) 2 out of the 5 were for no payment. But the seller had to leave it a s positive becasue we cant leave a neg for a non paying "customer". That just sucks. And I am afraid to leave a neg because they will do the same. Thank you for letting us know that the unaid item case will not allow them to leave a neg feedback.

You can set up your seller preferences to file an UPI after the 4 day.

By doing this it blocks the buyer from leaving any feedback.

UPI= UNPAID ITEM

All "buyer only" ID's can only show 100% since it's been impossible to leave a buyer a neg since spring 2008.

You can block buyers that have received 2 UID's in 12 months under your "Buyer Requirements" settings...and continue to aid fellow sellers by completing UID's on future deadbeats so that block may help them too.

Do not attempt to leave a negative comment using the green dot (+) you're limited to utilize for leaving FB for buyers. If you do and the buyer reports it to eBay, then you will receive a seller violation "strike" against your ID.
