Report Rude Offensive Seller

I only asked simple question to seller(do you consider offer?)

but the seller replied to me rude offensive answer......

( No. It is against eBay policy for one. Two, if you are considering am offer for a 25.00 pan, you must be destitute, greedy, and you are living in the wrong country! Go back to where you came from! It is people like you that ruin the freedoms given in the US.. It is people like you that are moving the world backwards. I should report you to eBay, but I won't. Don't EVER write me, or bid on any of my merchandise.

I have reported Ebay the reply the seller sent me,  what else should I do?  Can I take legal action to sue the seller?  Because this seller insult me and hurt me, like to hear your sueestion, thanks.

well understand , nothing is selling tough times.  and $25,00 if you want , is cheap.  i beleive asking a seller if they accept offers , when they have not listed , MAKE AN OFFER, is rude on your part.

dont think of ebay as a social setting. people are trying to survive.

pay prop taxes,   feed kids.

And against eBay policy.> http://pages.ebay.com/help/buy/best-offer.html/

If the Make Offer button doesn't appear in the listing, the seller isn't interested in receiving offers and you shouldn't try to contact this seller to negotiate price or terms. Doing so violates our offers to buy or sell outside of eBay policy.

WHOA!!!!!! I am soooo sorry you had to experience this, all of this actually!  Wow!  Some people have ZERO interpersonal skills and that will only hurt their business in the long run.  Rude or not on your part (I would say merely ignorant to how ebay operates) should have led the seller, cumbayacharliemanson, to politely and simply explain ebay policy instead of pummeling you with an angry tirade of nonsensical hate.  Feel pity for this puke!

Sounds like the guy has some serious personal problems. If he acted that way to you just think about how his poor family must feel and try to forgive him. People like that are toxic to everyone unfortunate enough to cross their bitter laden path. If he was a successful businessman he wouldn't be selling $25 items on ebay!!!! ;)  Be thankful he gave you his true colors before you gave him your money!!!!

If people have no manners or are flat out abusive like your lunatic cumbayacrazy, put it in feedback, tell every buyer you know (I know I will!), list it in forums and report his hiney as abuse.  Enough negative feedback should take care of his so-called business.  Probably not though.  People like that are victims in their own whacked out minds but somehow always the common denominator when life takes a turn for the worse. Hhhmmm????

As I said, rude or not, no one deserves to be spoken to that way and I am appalled at the response you got from other sellers as well.

If these people are so concerned with making a living, they might want to consider taking a class on professionalism and social etiquette.  It takes a lot more than selling crap people want to be truly successful.  Harshly insulting total strangers because they know more about internet yard selling is unbecoming and uncalled for!

I hope this experience didn't make you leave ebay.  I love it and have been ebaying for over 12 years and I have NEVER had a negative experience!  People here are very helpful, very human, very kind, and very understanding no matter what their political affiliation (I got the feeling that's what cumbasatan was insinuating) ;)  A few turds in the punch bowl is never fun!

Take care and laugh often

Keep in mind that if the listing did not have a make an offer button on it then this seller can report you and if I was them I would report you.

No you can't sue them just because they hurt your feelings. Seriously just move on and find another seller.

Insulted on the net? First time for everything eh? You can't sue someone for responding to you in a manner you don't approve of. You can choose to never do business with them though. Your parents should be sued for raising a sniveler though. Does that help?
