Hi everyone!  I was recently notified by a fellow ebay member about a listing that i had won...They're olympics tickets that were listed by 2 different sellers, with the exact same pictures and seats.  Should i be wary?  I know the auctions are protected by ebay, should i just go ahead and make payment?  I'd hate to miss the event and then have to go through the disputing process if it is indeed fraudulent.

there should be a way to verify whether or not your tickets are bonafide.

 

is the other listing still active? read that listing to be sure the description matches the ticket, maybe seller used the wrong photo for the second batch of tickets.

 

OR s'times sellers list in two places, when one sells, then they end the other.

thanks for your reply.  These tickets were listed by a user with a completely different name.   The seats are exactly the same (same row, same seat number).  The item location in one auction says it's in germany, the other one says it's in australia.

 

I emailed the seller and asked if they are indeed the same user.

 

Both listings are no longer active (i won one, and the other one ended without any bidder)

i think it's a good indication if the second listing closed.  does seem odd two different locations.

 

i hope you'll enjoy watching a fabulous event~
