I have purchased a item, when i went to pay for it.. i got this weird hour glass symbol.. the next day i check my pay pal account and the payment  was taken out of my paypal balance and stated that i could not be completed due to error with the sellers paypal account... Account was not comfirmed. So i tried to contact seller several times over 1 1/2 weeks..Seller has never responded.. i got sellers phone number from ebay and called seller, left msg and still no reply. Just a side not the seller has a 0 rating.. im guessing they are new to ebay.

Now i no longer want this transaction.. im a little nervous.. even if seller does get paypal account set up, who knows if i will ever get my item. I cancelled my paypal transaction unitl i hear from seller. What do i do now. I really dont want anything to do with this seller. Something fishy?
