Wait 4 days, buyer doesn't pay, close it then relist.

Make sure they get a strike against them so they'll think twice before bidding again. If you had other bidders, you can send them a second chance offer. That always works for me.

this post is now months old so you've gotten your answer by now, however.....ebay's antiquated unpaid item cases need to be updated.

years ago when ebay began consumers did not live online. when they made a purchase or when a buyer sold an item they might not be "back on," for days, or their modem connection was slow &  they couldn't sign in, so a grace period was provided.

there is no reason today with the world online 24/7 that buyers are still provided more time to often stiff you.

they have 4 days. if they don't pay they're allowed another week which for most sellers means further being stiffed & losing a potential future sale while the item sits in limbo.

unless noted, if you as a seller waited days to ship or never shipped the item you'd be slammed. buyers should be held just as accountable. if they don't pay in 4 days in a world that is now lives online 24/7 they should have no more than 48 hours to pay.
